This 3-bedroom bungalow is perfect for your stay in Tampa. Centrally located, right outside of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, riverfront park, coffee shop and more. Very close to UT, USF, Moffitt, Ybor, Armature, Channelside, Amalie, RayJay, Tampa International Airport & International Mall. Quick drive to some of the best beaches in the USA. With 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 full bed, this property offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests. You'll find everything you need for a phenomenal stay, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, Tesla PowerWall (back-up power), hair dryer, AC, heating, and a modern, fully equipped and beautiful kitchen. High-speed WiFi, iron/board, ice maker, coffee/snack bar, +++. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/rain shower for your convenience. Fenced in private yard with screened gazebo. Our place is well equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

I've been in FL most of my adult life. I'm a very proud mom of two adult kids. I've always been an avid traveler and I've been just about everywhere in the world. I use short term rentals the past 6yrs and find them so much nicer than a cold/stark hotel room, especially when traveling with a group. This is what sparked my idea to rent my bungalow, so people can enjoy it as much as I did while I lived there.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The neighborhood is super friendly and one of the trendiest in Tampa. The bungalow is within walking distance (1/2 block) to so many great places: restaurants, bars, and a permanent and beloved coffee truck with shaded seating. We're very close to all the must-do's of the Tampa Bay Area. Only 30mins to some of the most beautiful beaches in the USA.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
My bungalow is amazing!I It won nicest in the neighborhood several years ago (II was SO happy).. The inside is renovated without losing the cozy bungalow feel. Anyone that ever visited me said the house makes them feel comfy and cozy. In the living room, we have the original pine flooring. I (with help) put a lot of time and work into preparing the house for a rental space.
