Step inside and experience a thoughtfully designed home that’s as cozy as it is functional. TVs are available in every room, and the home is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, central A/C, and a Google Nest thermostat for climate control.

The dining room features another TV operated by an Amazon Fire Stick, with a paired sound bar for easy listening. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your inner chef — stocked with cookware, utensils, oils, and spices for home-cooked meals. You’ll also find basic condiments in the fridge and unopened pantry items available for your use.

The adjoining mudroom includes a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use them — just please clean the lint catcher and avoid overloading the machines.

The living room welcomes you with a mounted TV and comfortable seating for relaxing movie nights or downtime between adventures. The sound bar is pre-paired with the TV, so there’s no need to adjust it. Please avoid logging out of apps or making purchases on the TV.

Master Bedroom: Features a dresser, a King bed, and an additional Twin XL for flexible sleeping options. The closet contains personal items and is off-limits to guests. A supplemental window A/C unit is available for extra comfort if needed.

Guest Bedroom: This room features a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and a Twin trundle — perfect for families or small groups. It’s cozy, clean, and designed for restful sleep.

Step through the back door into your private backyard oasis — a true highlight of the property.
Enjoy the screened-in porch with a TV and mini fridge, then head to the pergola patio featuring a large outdoor TV, Traeger grill, gas grill, and a propane fire pit.

Guests can relax, grill, or unwind with darts and cornhole — just please clean up and replace the covers when done. The outdoor space is ideal for enjoying Florida evenings while respecting the peaceful neighborhood.

🔇 Outdoor Noise Awareness

To maintain a positive relationship with our wonderful neighbors, the home includes a small outdoor noise-monitoring device. It measures only decibel levels — not audio or video — and is designed simply to help keep outdoor activity within local noise limits.
Normal conversation, indoor sounds, or television will never trigger it. It’s there to ensure everyone can enjoy the area peacefully, and it rarely activates unless noise becomes excessive late at night.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and guests are asked to keep outdoor volume respectful after that time. Unauthorized parties or loud events are not allowed and will be addressed promptly.

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly home and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay.

Please note:
• $50 fee per dog (charged at booking)
• House-trained pets only
• Pets should not be left unattended indoors unless crated
• No pets on furniture or bedding (bring a blanket if needed)
• Always clean up after your pet — waste bags provided
• Please supervise dogs in the backyard and prevent excessive barking
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or cleaning

Before you depart, please:

• Run the dishwasher if used
• Report any damage or issues promptly

Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

🚭 No Smoking or Drugs

For everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the home — this includes tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other substances.
Outdoor smoking is permitted if cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Any indoor evidence of smoking or drug use may result in a $250 cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay.
