Detta är en lägenhet på den lägre nivån i ett helt nytt specialbyggt hem som presenterades i Seattle Times, Pacific Northwest Magazine - Architecture issue 18 september 2016. Lägenheten är cirka 274 kvadratmeter. Alla golv är betong med golvvärme så att dina fötter blir trevliga och varma. Extra isolering har lagts till i tak och väggar för att göra detta utrymme särskilt tyst för både gäst och värd!
Det är helt privat med en separat ingång utanför. Alla Windows importeras från Europa. Taket är över 9 meter högt och fönstren går från golv till nära takhöjd. De är enorma för att maximalt ljus ska kunna komma in i lägenheten och ha lutnings- / svängningsstil.

It looked recently renovated abd it was done beautifully, modern & sleak without being cold. It was beautiful & nothing could beat that view.

Comfortable stay with stunning view!

We truly loved staying here, and we hope to return. Both beds were very comfortable, and the view was out of this world! It was also fun to watch the birds right outside the window. Highly recommend this property. Roger was very responsive and kind as well!

Beware!!! Distracting Views!

This property is located in a beautiful lush neighborhood. The place is very clean. The views are perfect at any time of day. The bathroom is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked.* I have no complaints other than wish the pillows were better!

Amazing views of Seattle

This property was exactly as listed except the views were even better than expected! The property owner was quick to respond to all of my questions and made sure everything was ready for our trip. We had a busy trip planned but would have been happy just sitting and enjoying the view both day and night. Highly recommend.

Spectacular view

My second time staying here and I absolutely love the view. The apartment and location are wonderful and convenient to the ferry and several restaurants and cafes. It’s a great home base for a Seattle visit.

Fantastic spot

The view is amazing, especially at night. The amenities were perfect - sheets, towels and blankets, an easy-to-use TV, basic kitchen staples, very cool artwork, comfortable couches ... I could go on and on. The cement floor with radiant heat was especially nice since we were there during a January cold snap. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exactly as advertised - amazing Seattle skyline view

Excellent location with a spectacular view; quiet neighborhood overlooking Elliot Bay; easy-to-find off-street parking, and plenty of amenities within walking distance, including the water taxi to downtown. Totally agree with the top rating for this location and the experience. Highly recommend. It’s a perfect location to use as a base of operations while visiting the area.

The location was perfect! Easily accessible by ferry or car. The property was clean, quiet and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the outside seating for coffee in the morning and wine at sunset!

VIEW! LOCATION!

The view. Stunning. Brought a friend from Texas and wanted her to see how beautiful the Seattle skyline really is. This was the perfect spot! The location was ideal for getting to the downtown area and Lumen Field for the Seahawks game. No more than a 15 minute drive. Property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The owner was quick to respond to my communications. Highly recommend this rental property.

Spectacular view

I almost don’t want to write a good review to keep this place a secret. This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean, beautiful location, and a great host. The apartment was perfect for a short stay. My family loved the view and it was very comfortable. Easy access to the south west Seattle ferry that takes you to downtown.

This is my third (or fourth) stay at this property. The view is absolutely amazing, and the accommodations are clean, comfortable, quiet and well maintained. This is definitely my go to for a Seattle visit!

Fantastic View of Seattle Skyline!

We really loved the view - and the whole experience was great. The apartment was secure, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Street parking was never a problem. Beautiful neighborhood. Lots to explore in the area.

The apartment has stunning views from every room. It is well insulated for sound/heat/cold. Windows are floor to ceiling with German tilt/turn operation.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location, location, location. Nearest bus stop is 4 blocks from the apartment (an easy 3 minute walk). From this bus stop you can reach Seatac International Airport, West Seattle Junction, Water Taxi and downtown Seattle. As well, you can board a free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the pier for boarding the water taxi that will take you directly downtown (water taxi fare is $5.75 for adults).
