Mulligans Lodge har ett perfekt läge med utsikt över floden Big Thompson ... så nära att du kommer att känna att du kan nå ut och röra vid det! Råga på allt med utsikt över Prospect Mountain och snowcaps över Continental Divide och du har den perfekta Rocky Mountain reträtt.

Från vårt hem är det bara en kort promenad till staden Estes Park och en lätt 1. 5 mil köra till Beaver Meadows ingången till Rocky Mountain National Park.

Den stora rum huvudnivån har en mossa sten gas spis att samlas på med floden och bergen runt ... inget konstverk behövs på dessa väggar! Detta är helt enkelt den perfekta familjen samlingsplats med dess angränsande fullt utrustat kök och matsal (plats för 9). Blicka ut att ta i fullt tydliga Colorado sky, floden och bergen !!

Från det stora rummet kan du kliva ut till en fantastisk däck för att njuta av utmärkt utsikt över bergen tillsammans med åsynen och ljudet av Big Thompson River! Ta allt i och njuta av en kopp morgonkaffe, kväll glas vin, läsa en god bok eller laga mat på gasgrill!

Den mysiga sovrummet badrum ligger också på huvudnivån. Öppna fönstren och låta ljudet av Big Thompson invagga dig att sova.

En andra familj rum ligger i den lägre nivån tillsammans med 2 queen sovrum och ett badrum. Från denna nivå kan du gå ut på altanen och se älg och andra vilda djur moseying längs Big Thomson River! Eller kanske bara tillbaka och koppla av och njuta av utsikten!

Och en bonus ..... njuta av luftkonditionering (en sällsynthet för bostäder i Estes Park!) under varma sommardagar !!!!

En två bil intilliggande garage kommer med denna uthyrning. Vi har också en bottenvåningen tvättstuga.

Som gäst kommer du att få tillgång till HOA-delade gemensamma fiskeområden längs Big Thompson floden.

Super clean and well stocked home! And that’s on top of the perfect location. I was so sad to leave the sound of the river behind but loved our 3 days easily moving from in town activities to the National Parks. All of the recommendations of places to eat or things to do were spot on and so appreciated. I can’t wait to go back to Eates some day and this place would be on my list to stay again!

We absolutely loved this property. After seeing the back “yard” we quickly drove to the sporting goods store and bought a fishing pole for our kids. We had the best time playing in the river. The house was very comfortable and clean. Exactly what we hoped it would be.

This is our second time to stay here and if we come again we will stay here again! We loved being on the river. We were entertained by the elk daily! You could hear them bugling! We watched a huge bull elk cross the river right by our deck. Little ones were running and bouncing around. The house was perfect! Anything you could possibly want was there. The beds were perfect!!! I couldn’t wait to clime into them each night. Absolutely beautiful place to stay!!!Sue was the best! She had recommendations for us that didn’t disappoint! It was just great!

Amazing!!

We spent a few days at Mulligan’s Lodge and could not have asked for more! The property and accommodations were phenomenal and Sue was such a delight in making sure we had everything needed and providing us with great recommendations for the area as well. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation!!

We were very impressed with our whole stay at Mulligans Lodge! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures in the listing literally do not do this place justice because it is beautiful! The house is very well stocked and super clean! It fit our family perfect and we enjoyed every minute we were there!

Beautiful home!

This is beautiful home and very comfortable. We stayed at the house to celebrate my Mom's 60th birthday and I'm so glad we chose this house. We cooked wonderful meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house we so cozy! We hope to return soon!

Perfect Place

What a great place to relax & watch the super bowl with the guys. Been going to Estes for the past 7 years and this is the nicest unit we've stayed in. The property manager (Sue) went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The unit is furnished with everything you need (I'm a cook and the kitchen was supplied with everything one needs which was a true treat). Will definitely book here again with the family next time :)

Relaxing and beautiful

This property had everything that our family needed for cooking and nesting. The view is gorgeous and the backyard was appreciated by my teenagers- they spent hours playing and exploring. The location was close to everything and Sue, the property manager was responsive and accommodating. We would love to return for a longer visit, but there aren’t any dogs allowed in this subdivision, which is really sad.

Perfect spot on Big Thompson River

This rental home was an absolute gem! The house had a 2 car garage which was very nice. The deck in back overlooked the Big Thompson River and we watched many deer from there. We stayed in mid-October, and this was a great time to be in Estes Park. This house is extremely well-appointed. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very modern and comfortable. The instruction book left by the owners and property manager were extremely helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Nothing beats October in Estes Park

We just returned from a wonderful week in Estes Park chilling out during Fall Break. The VRBO house was fabulous! The location was perfect, just steps away from the Big Thompson River. We so enjoyed trying our hand at fly fishing & watching as a herd of dear walked through the yard daily. There was even a large elk grazing along the river. The house was very near one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, allowing multiple easy opportunities to view the beautiful Fall colors, elk ruts & some awesome stargazing! The house itself was beautiful & so comfortable for our group of six. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, great appliances & a gas grill on the deck overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable & bathrooms/showers were very clean & well stocked. Ann was fabulous to work with. She contacted us before our arrival to give directions to the house that would bypass the major construction traffic snarls in town. That was so thoughtful of her! She also gave advice about local grocery shopping options & even pointed us to a nearby sporting store where we could get expert advice in searching for the perfect fishing spots. In short, the stay was wonderful, everything we had hoped it would be. We hated to leave, but we hope we can stay there again sometime!

The easiest 5 star review I’ve given! The house is in an incredible location near the opening of Rocky Mountain National park and so close to shopping, restaurants, and a number of hikes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - the house is gorgeous and Sue was so kind in providing any details we needed for our stay. We saw a herd of elk right below our deck on multiple days, wild turkeys, and even a bear across the river - marking off all the things on my weekend bucket list. We used the weekend as a get away for a few friends and the views and atmosphere did not disappoint. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful, clean and well maintained. We did a good bit of fishing and loved being right on the water. Scot's Soorting goods rents equipment and you can buy a license there.

Beautiful Property Getaway

This beautiful home sits on the edge of the Big Thompson River. The home was well stocked and we were able to enjoy family meals and fun times with three generations. Every day we saw deer around the property and we loved the view of the river from the balcony. It really was a perfect home for our family trip.

Beautiful home with amazing river view

Great place to vacation with amazing river views! Very impressed with the quality of the home. The host kept in communication with us through out the entire trip. It was close to all the action in Estes Park and remote enough to enjoy the wildlife that walked through the property. I would definitely recommend this place!

Best Estes Park Stay

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Estes Park. Our host checked in with us before, during, and after our stay and responded immediately when I had a question. The house is even more beautiful than pictured. We had easy access to lots of activities including downtown and RMNP. The river running next to the property was especially nice. I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Estes Park!

From the Owners- We have lived in Greeley, Colorado since 1972 as does our son’s family. We winter in Tucson, Arizona so we have the BEST of both worlds.
After he spent many summer vacations as a child, with his family in Estes Park, Nick always dreamed of owning in a cabin in the Rocky Mountains.
We love the location of this townhouse as it is halfway between the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park with all its restaurants, shopping and activities. The new construction has many attractive amenities & upgrades, including air conditioning, all new appliances, etc., and a GREAT location right ON the river. The great room’s wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows bring the great outdoors into view the moment you step inside. Handmade log beds and Colorado lodge furnishings combined with modern conveniences like granite counters will make your Rocky Mountain stay memorable.
