With 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 3 bathrooms featuring a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, this property offers a unique, pleasant, and wonderful stay. Enjoy amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, a washing machine&dryer, hot tub, lounge pool, lawn games, board games, wine, snacks, fire pit, feeders, bird watching, and hiking trails. The living room upstairs also has a sofa bed, which provides additional space for guests. Our place will make you feel at home while you're traveling to Fredericksburg. Welcome to Ramblin Rose!
This architectural marvel in the heart of the Texas Hill Country is located just 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Sitting on 12 beautiful, secluded and private acres, this 4 bedroom/3 bath home is made up of 3 separate, converted shipping containers. Each of the two lower containers are 2 bedroom/1 bath (1 queen size bed, 1 full) with a small living room and kitchen, and the upper container has a wide open floor plan with a big screen TV, a full size kitchen, a couch (that has a bed), a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a large 2 person bathtub. All cooking utensils and pots and pans are provided, along with silverware, glasses, etc. There is a hot tub that doubles as a lounge pool in the summer too! Come enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country and historic Fredericksburg!

Holiday Getaway

A unique property, pet friendly, private and secluded. We had the perfect weather to enjoy the fire pit and star gazing. Worked well for our large family - cozy but comfortable. Easy drive into town. Host was responsive and friendly.

Containers made very home like feel

We had a girls get together to celebrate a birthday and the place was perfect for us with open and spacious patio had an outdoor fire and got into the hot tube. It was a very cozy place we all enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway in Fredericksburg

Our whole family loved the property, it was just what we needed for a one night Fredericksburg trip. Everything was clean including the hot tub. Our kids loved the fire pit and we saw some deer in the morning

Fredericksburg friend and family trip

We loved staying at this property the container homes caught my eye, I like to try different things. The shipping containers were very interesting to me and was turned into a cute little getaway with privacy. The two bottom were the same layout, queen and full one at each end, bathroom and little kitchenette area. The upstairs one had some couches, more kitchen area and a bathroom for more of a hangout spot. We day outside at night after visiting wineries and looked at all the stars. Host was quick in responding. We really enjoyed our stay.
