Single Level Home w/ Fully Fenced Backyard and BBQ

This fantastic single level ranch style home sits tucked away in a quiet suburban neighborhood just southeast of Portland. The home enjoys thoughtfully done décor and furnishing throughout as well as a fully fenced yard making it a wonderful option for small groups or families travelling with pets or kiddos.

From the moment you enter you will find the cozy and bright living room and dining area connected to the fully stocked kitchen and family room. The entire area is bathed in warm light from the oversized windows throughout. Every bit of furnishing and décor was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay.

Sitting just beyond the family room you'll find the back patio which is a warm, bright and covered space with ample seating and games for all to enjoy. Whether you are enjoying a snack at the table or relaxing in the lounge chairs there is something for everyone here.

When its time to rest and recuperate you'll find three spacious bedrooms boasting a king bed, queen bed, and twin over full bunk bed with an additional futon allowing for maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

You'll find everything you need just a few moments away from the house whether it be groceries, shopping, or entertainment. Downtown Portland is barely 8 miles away. There is no doubt our place will be an exceptional home for you and your guests to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
