Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful experience. Booking, check in and check out were very easy. The house is very clean and easily accommodated everyone in our group. Amazing view from the back porch, over looking the lake. We will stay here again and highly recommend this property to our friends.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time visit to Lake Martin. Home was easy to find, had everything we needed for a short visit. We loved being able to walk down to the water. Even though it was low, we still caught some fish! Would like to return int he future for a longer stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Elsie Joe’s this summer has been wonderful. Perfect location and the house is beautifully decorated. Kayaks and a canoe provided even more fun. House was fully equipped. Big Fish Realty was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend them. Looking forward to staying there again.

This house was wonderful for our family! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and appreciated the extra seating in the living space. The location on the water was great in regards to the places that we frequent on the lake. Our only two small issues were that the hot water did not last long, and we couldn’t get our boat trailer in the driveway. I wouldn’t label those complaints, as they did not affect the quality of our trip. We would recommend this house!
