Listen to the live entertainment from your deck from the famous Brunswick Lounge as you soak in the ocean breeze and sun from the top deck or use the shaded deck directly below. Amazing property right on beach and ocean - clean, quality finishes and furniture, communication was excellent. Jeff was so helpful before and during our stay - he knows the area and helped us with various questions about our trip! 10/10 across the board - will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location with beautiful views, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Managers and check in Leah and Jeff were super nice and helpful. The property itself was definitely not as luxury as I had expected but was nice. It was VERY loud over the bar - got there on a Monday beginning of October and the first night was brutal till about 1 am. There weren’t even many people down in the patio area but the speakers were blaring. If you like being in middle of action and don’t mind noise it has some pretty views over the water.

The condo is lovely and the view is, well what can one say about such natural beauty! Combine that with the sound of the surf and it is heavenly. Jeff is really nice, responsive and cares about your experience. Just be aware the noise on Friday and Saturday evenings from the bar on the first floor. (live bands until midnight) I imagine when season is in full gear there are more loud nights. Maine is an incredible place to visit!

This was a last minute trip for myself and my sons. Location is fantastic, walkable to everything! Ocean views are outstanding. Love the fact that this property has two balconies and a full kitchen. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff walked us directly from our car to our front door!

Check in was at property next door and the desk was not manned. Had to call for help but was taken care of quickly. Building is in need of repairs (ancient elevator, trash can in hallway for ceiling leak, etc.) but the unit itself was updated and very nice inside. Plenty of space, seating, etc. Gorgeous view! Pricey but we booked the 1 night for convenience as we had plans in walking distance. We did not utilize the second bedroom but will note the 2 twin beds are actually camp cots. Would be fine for young children but not adults. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic view & location.

Everything was awesome at the penthouse except for the fact I had to have emergency surgery day after I arrived, sadly. I missed my whole vacation! Got back in time for my friend to pack up all my belongings and leave for home. I was sooo disappointed! It's lovely there and I'm planning to go back again. Jeff was great offering to help with what he could. Highly recommend staying at the penthouse. Clean and comfortable and all you need is there. Views are stunning
