Detta nyinredda, exklusiva radhus med en enhet ligger i ett litet lugnt 3-enhetskomplex, tvärs över gatan från en allmän grind till den vackra stranden i Sail Bay. Följ strandpromenaden / cykelvägen i 5 minuter till fots till Fanuel Park, en populär ung lekplats vid viken, eller fortsätt ytterligare 5 minuter till havet. Du kan åka mil längs viken och havet med våra strandcruisercyklar (3 tillhandahållna ).

Detta moderna radhus har en underbar atmosfär och layout. Det är ljust och känns väldigt rymligt med högt i tak, takfönster och klosterfönster, modern inredning och öppen planlösning. Enheten uppgraderades nyligen med trägolv, bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Det är smakfullt inredda och innehåller många lyxfunktioner, inklusive ett fullt utrustat kök med ett stort sortiment kvalitetsköksartiklar så att du kan laga mat och baka precis som du gör hemma. Dina barn eller vänner kan använda frukostbaren medan du förbereder måltider, eller så kan du njuta av en sitta måltid vid matbordet med plats för 6. I slutet av dagen kan du koppla av och njuta av en mysig sitta ner med vänner framför spisen och lyssna på dina egna låtar med den blå tand stereo-anslutningen. Du kan också titta på en film eller ditt favorit-tv-program från premiumfilmkanalerna eller använda Netflix-aktiverade TV om du har ett konto.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en skummadrass, en HD 37 "platt-TV och ett komplett badrum. Det övervåningen sovrummet har en tvilling över en full våningssäng med minne skum madrasser och en full storlek bäddsoffa för att rymma en mängd olika sovarrangemang. Det finns också tillräckligt med utrymme för att använda barnen barnsäng, eller hyrbart paket n spela efter önskemål. Övervåningen sovrummet har en HD 32 "platt-TV och DVD-kombination spelare, så barnen kan titta på en film på övervåningen medan du har cocktails eller tyst tid i vardagsrummet. Båda badrummen har bänkskivor i granit, travertinplattor i badkar / dusch och extra stora duschhuvuden.

Och sist men inte minst gjorde ägarna detta hus mycket familjevänligt. De har rest mycket med sina barn sedan de var spädbarn och förstår de små sakerna som gör att ett fritidshus fungerar bra, särskilt om du behöver flyga och har begränsat bagageutrymme. Huset är utrustat med många barnvänliga funktioner för att göra din vistelse så bekväm som möjligt, som en mängd olika leksaker, spel, barnböcker, färgmaterial, nattbelysning, plastplattor / koppar / skålar, trappstol, bollar, strandleksaker, luftfuktare och sovande barnsäng för småbarn. En barnstol, en joggingvagn och / eller en spjälsäng kan tillhandahållas mot en extra hyreskostnad.

Tre vuxna cykelcyklar, 2 boogiebrädor och massor av strandleksaker lagras i garaget för din användning.

Det centrala området Gaslamp med dess underbara exklusiva restauranger ligger bara 12 minuter bort och Little Italy ligger cirka 10 minuter bort. Sea World ligger 1 mil, Gamla stan där San Diego började, är cirka 3 mil, den berömda San Diego Zoo, Embarcadero och färjan till Coronado Island är cirka 8 mil bort. Legoland och Wild Animal Safari Park ligger cirka 30 och 45 minuter bort, och du kan till och med ta en dagsutflykt till Disneyland, som är cirka 1 timme och 15 minuter bort.

Great location, loved the bikes

We really enjoyed the beautiful townhome. It was warm and inviting, beautifully decorated but not so much so that you were worried about kids breaking things. The location was lovely. My daughters favorite part of the trip was getting to ride bicycles on the boardwalk/walkway.

Nice Condo on the Bay

The condo was clean and included nice kitchen and bath amenities. The location was just a short walk from the beach and Bayside path for walking and cycling. We enjoyed our stay!

Another amazing stay in PB

Second time staying here. Perfect spot for our family. Upstairs bedroom was perfect to give the kids their own space. Great location with sgort walk to the bay, park, and restaurants. We will be back next year!!!

This was a very spacious and beautiful condo. Within walking distance to a beach, bar, grill, cafe, and liquor store. 20 minutes away is gorgeous La Jolla beach. Would love to stay again

Very well put together

The condo was very clean, well organized, and I really appreciate all the extras: cruiser bikes available, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, body boards. Even a baby jogger if you needed it. Property mgmt company was very responsive and supportive. Great setup.

Great home base

Family vacation with our kinder. Location was a great base to visit all the San Diego activities. Three minute walk to the beach and a great coffee shop around the corner. If you have littles check out Maruta Gardner playground….we spend 2+ hours each trip there. Food is also great on mission beach and an easy drive / bike ride.

Spacious and comfortable townhome - great stay

We had a great stay at the townhome. We were able to walk down to the bay to take the kids to the beach. They had their own room upstairs which gave them their own space. Having two bathrooms helped a lot. Thanks for the nice stay!

We spent April 2023 kids school vacation at this property. Everything was perfect the instructions, communication was within an hour. The place is large enough for me and three 16-18 yr olds. Great location

We enjoyed staying at the townhome. The beds are very comfortable, it was clean, there are tons of supplies to make the stay feel like home and the location is excellent. Easy access to the bay and Mission Beach. The management agency has tremendous communication. They sent a repair person over to fix a stuck shower mixer and he was extra helpful, providing us with tourist information. The carpets and some of the furnishings are a bit worn and the unit needs to be painted. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great Location! Very Spacious!

Enjoyed this property. I didn't give it a 5 because we had to air it out when we arrived. It was super clean, spacious and well decorated. So the smell was a mystery. It was great set up, close to the bay. Wonderful place to walk. Fun little coffee place near by. They need to figure out where the odd smell was coming from and have it aired out before people arrive because it took a day

Wonderful Family Home for our Vacation

The townhouse looked just like the photo's in the listing, beautiful. There was plenty of room for all four with room spread out when we needed some space. The townhouse was very well appointed with supplies including bikes, beach gear, towels and linens. The kitchen and laundry were very convenient and we wanted for nothing in the way of utensils, plates, coffee makers and etc. The location is great for exploring San Diego as well as Mission Bay, Mission and Pacific Beaches and the surrounding cities. We would definitely come again.

Christmas in CA

Location-Nice property close to the bay. Was nice to be able to walk along the bay. Access to the water is only a block away. Everything was close to the property, great location. Inside of condo- Condo was clean and very well stocked. Was really surprised with the amount of pots, pans, utinsels, etc in the kitchen. The desk had pens, tape, markers, etc. the tv stand had dvds and there were board games in the living room. The property was a good size for 2 adults and 3 older children. Only negative on the property was the bathtub and shower were a little dirty and need a deep cleaning. I contacted the property manager and they said they’d notify the cleaning crew. Overall, this was a great place to stay. My kids liked it and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I’m a bit torn, I hardly ever give anything but strong ratings…. I this case it’s mixed. The check in process was not great (you do down an alley, to the “mid point”… building is not marked… and the code to the garage didnt work. They had a bad tenant right before us and the apartment smelled and the master carpet was wet. On the +: cleaning crew was great and very polite. Not the MGMT companies fault that they had a bad tenant, but we were inconvenienced, and were never offered anything in the way of a make-good for our troubles. Not great form. So, while the unit was fine, it was top-dollar and a pretty mixed experience.

Our family enjoyed staying here

The condo's location is great. We felt like we were close to everything we wanted to do and was within walking distance of what turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants of the trip, The Menu. It was roomy enough for the four of us and had everything we needed for going to the beach. None of the bikes were small enough for our 11 year old to ride though so she and I took a walk on the beach instead. (It was close and easy to find the public access.) The only issue we had (out of anyone's control) was the repair work on the roof across the alley began at 7:00 every morning we were there! Ugh. Overall, it was beautiful and comfortable. When we opened the windows in the evening we got a nice cool evening breeze coming through. The rental agency called me a couple of days before we arrived and was very helpful and even suggested some restaurants for us to try. Thank you for opening your home to us. We would stay here again.

The good, bad and UGLY

First, I want to say that my husband, myself and our twin 14 yr olds, visited San Diego during our spring break. We are hard working people and feel like we are pretty easy going and understanding. When we arrived to check-in to the property it was at night so was dark out. You have to park and enter via the alley behind the property and the only light was a small motion light on the back of the garage. It was quite sketchy. The gate that was supposed to be locked was not and there was no outdoor light on at the building door. As soon as we opened the door the smell of mildew was overwhelming (owners need to just rip out the remaining carpet). We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. My husband’s pillowcase had dark stains, which looked like blood. Our bedside tables were cheap particle board and literally falling apart. The master bathroom was disgusting. Shower curtain had mold on it, there was hair in the cabinet drawers, baseboards had a layer of filth, the dishwasher had literal sludge caked inside, the kitchen rug had food and gum ground into it, the washing machine had more filth caked on the inside. The living room couch and chairs were just dirty. I’m talking so worn and tired they weren’t suitable for Goodwill. I was literally shocked at the condition this home was in. I contacted management right away and they were very responsive. They replaced the shower curtain & pillows. Location was nice. No views in this unit. Buyer definitely beware!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this vacation home to have a place to escape our busy lives in L.A. and where we can build family memories. We have always liked San Diego (who doesn't?) as it brings the right mix of fun things to do, a great variety of family oriented attractions, a relaxed atmosphere, wonderful beaches, and warm weather. Because we live close to the mountains in Pasadena, we wanted to have a vacation house close to the beach. We decided to look for a home in Crown Point as it provides a combination of both the Bay and Beach. Mun has fond memories of playing beach volleyball here when he lived here 20 years ago. We love a variety of water sports that we can now enjoy just across the street from our house (just 60 seconds from the front door), such swimming, sailing, kayaking, sailing, and paddle boarding in Sail Bay. But we also like to hop on our beach cruisers to hit the beach of the Pacific Ocean in less than 10 minutes.

In our many travels we have been to over 35 countries, where we have often been tempted to say, “wouldn’t it be great to retire here”. San Diego is one of those that has been near the top of that list. For the long-term, this is the first step in our plan to eventually move and retire to San Diego. Owning this vacation home, gives us the opportunity to ‘test the waters’ and get to know the area better before uprooting our lives in LA. And last but not least, San Diego has perfect weather year-around to attract people like yourselves to share our wonderful home with.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!

Crown Point

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

Holiday 2024 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Pet Policy: This property NOT pet-friendly.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!
