The place was amazing as I have four grown children and three married with kids this was the perfect place to hang after the youngest graduated from Clemson. Everything was perfect.

Our family of 21 is spread over 3 states and we do a yearly summer vacation. The accommodations at this home were great for our large group! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for activities. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for meals as well. Plenty of parking space. We all love water activities and the boat dock, basically in the back yard was awesome. It's quite a climb from the boat dock to the house, but hey, we all need exercise! Angela was super accommodating and quickly responded to my messages.

Positives- This home has lots of space for a larger family. It had a well equipped kitchen which is always a pulse.Negatives: The booking process and communication with both the host and owner during and after arrival was very unprofessional to say the least. I do think they are good people. So hopefully this was not the normal for them. And in the future, their guest will receive nothing less than a sober minded, welcoming, comfortable, and organized experience.

Angela was very easy to work with and responds very quickly to messages. The house was beautiful and very clean with lots of room and fun for everybody. The view of the lake was lovely and relaxing. A heater was provided on the deck to enjoy the view even in colder weather. Awesome stay!

Wonderful home on the lake. Very homey and warm. We had four generations there and all of us found things to do and enjoyed all the homes amenities. 2 refrigerators were very helpful. Lots a kitchen supplies, also helpful! The lake was lower than usual due to drought but easy to get in and out of cove with boat and jetskis.The only concern we had was the steepness of the walk to the dock. We are a very fit family and we had difficulty with walking up and down to the dock from the house. My fitbit calculated 45 floors walked after going up and down 3 times. By the end of our week, our legs were TIRED.Thanks for a great family lake vacation!

Prom Get together

We enjoyed the house and its amenities as we hosted multiple families to celebrate the senior class prom. The house was great, with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the lake. Check-in was simple. Great location!

Fair Play - Graduation

I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location.

This home has incredible curb appeal with a stunning facade and a great view down the hill toward the lake. It’s easy access off of the interstate while privately tucked away in the quiet woods on the lake. We were able to successfully park multiple vehicles in the drive way and keep our rental boat on the deck. The house has a generous number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as an inviting deck with an awesome fire pit. The hosts were readily available to help with check in and quick to respond to a simple follow up issue. Unfortunately the house was not for us. The kitchen was full of left over food presumably from prior guests including perishables some in the fridge not even wrapped. While cluttered with unusable stuff, It lacked standard items like glasses or a toaster. The grill was disgustingly dirty with a completely warn brush to clean it. We have stayed in many rental houses on this lake and rank this one last for our purposes.

This house is an excellent vacation property with anything you could possibly need or want. We had an amazing stay and visit with local family.The Hosts are so nice and accommodating and on top of all communications.I would highly recommend this property for a fun hassle free vacation!

The house was the best we ever had for our size family of 18 with lots of indoor space and outside comfortable seating on the porch. View was gorgeous overlooking the lake… the dock was clean with comfortable chairs and plenty of life jackets available…The children and adults loved the clean lake and spent hours swimming and riding the kayaks.. plenty of indoor activities available… loved the well stocked kitchen to cook our meals and host relatives & friends in the area… all rooms were very clean, well furnished and attractive… the host and the owner were very friendly and helpful… making sure all our needs were well met…I very highly recommend this place and will keep them on our list if we ever are in that area again..
