Absolutely loved our stay. The ocean views were incredible and our whole group had an amazing time relaxing and hanging out together. The best part: every bedroom has its own bathroom, which made getting ready super easy and comfortable for everyone. The home was exactly as described, and we’d happily stay here again.

Great stay overall!

A group of friends and I had a great weekend at Francis’s property! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a beach front location in the St. Augustine area.

Large group stay for the weekend!

The property was exactly as advertised, our host was very available and accommodating! The location is was amazing; right on a huge beach in an areas of the beach that was not very crowded! I would highly recommend!

Excellent wedding venue

Excellent property. Beautiful veiws of the beach and the marsh. Perfect for our 40 and less guests for our wedding ceremony on the beach. We had a lovely time! Management and property owner are great!

Spacious beachfront getaway

Very clean and well maintained property. We enjoyed this wonderful beachfront home. Very responsive property manager always within reach. Check in and check out process is a breeze. Recommend this rental to anyone.

Awesome House. Awesome Location, Awesome Host Frank!

The house is right on the beach. Clean, everything you need was in the house for a great time (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, toiletries). Lot's of room! The host Frank really cares about his properties and he cares about his guests.

Best Wedding and Property Manager Ever

Absolutely incredible stay!! Could not recommend Frank, or his other property enough. So kind, caring, and professional. The home was in perfect condition, right on the beach, great for our entire family. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, fun games. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a beach wedding.

Amazing Sunrises and large Family Beachhouse

Great big rooms and kitchen. Lovely balcony and location. We had my daughters wedding just down the road so the location was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We'll come again.

Family Reunion

Great location and perfect fit for our family. Very minor issues that were discussed with the owner prior to check out. I'd recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy the beach ad be very comfortable.

We had family come in and stay. We used this location as our wedding reception. The house was very clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Location and view is amazing!!

Breath taking view. House was immaculate.

I couldn't have had a better wedding reception anywhere else. Bed' s were comfortable, plenty of room for many guests. Cool ocean breeze from the balcony provided an oasis. The owner was very tentative, gracious and friendly. Attention to detail was phenomenal. Book this place!
