Clean and comfortable

Spent the holiday weekend in Cookeville to hang at Center Hill Lake and enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Vacation

We had a great time, the room was very comfortable. It was close enough to many parks. We was able to visit at least 6 waterfalls in two days.

The best location!

We were in town to visit our Tech student. The location was perfect! It was very clean and as described in the listing. The snacks were a nice added touch!

Perfect for our needs

We made reservations to do a kayaking day trip to Burgess Falls (25 min away) and we wanted the "small town" experience to go along with it. There were lots of nice restaurants and fun pubs in Cookeville from which to choose. This is in an older residential neighborhood but overall, the location was acceptable. If you're picking this to visit a student at the university, it's plenty close. The studio was about 15x25 plus the bath and closet. Parking was basically at the doorstep. It was spotless and in good shape. We'd definitely chose it again. The owner was thoughtful and helpful. We were very pleased.

Wonderful place and location!

Lovely, clean, new place! Within walking distance to our favorite shops and TTU. Bed was comfortable and the snacks were a great touch. Will be staying again!

Not for long stays

The place was as advertised but is not convenient for a long stay. I stayed for almost two weeks.The bed is not comfortable for my taste as it is very firm. I ended up sleeping on the futon couch for a few nights so I could recover.If you plan to stay for a couple of days, then is all good.The remote for the TV was not working as the batteries were all corroded, so the remote was useless. The TV did not work without the remote.The room upstairs was occupied for a few days while I was there, and I could hear everything. (Conversations, TV, noises, etc..)As mentioned before, it is ideal for a few nights as a short stay.
