Great house -- very modern and clean. Love the location, feels private with a yard but you are very close to town and easy access to hiking etc. Highly recommend.

Very well appointed, clean and easy check in. A short drive to New Paltz. Comfy beds, and lots of seating options in the house - creative and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place to stay. Looks as though it has been recently remodeled. Easy access to New Paltz..only 5 minutes away. Nice fenced in back yard with deck and fire pit.

Great property. Obviously it was newly updated, everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and we felt comfortable and at home. When we go back we'll be staying here again.

Relaxing Haven

One of the best places we have stayed in. Cozy, spacious with excellent amenities. The hot tub was awesome and everything was well maintained. Would definitely recommend if the location works for you.

My husband and I were in town visiting family and friends. During our 12-night stay we were able to host some family members on one occasion and some friends on another. There was ample space both outdoors on the lovely and private back deck and indoors in the sitting and dining areas. The beautiful kitchen, with its high end appliances and liberal counter space, made prepping snacks, apps, and light meals a pleasure.The bed was comfortable, and there was ample space and a good number of hangers in the closet. It would have been helpful to have some drawers to store socks, shorts, etc.The bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied. The washer and dryer were also high end.The location was fantastic - walkable to town, the beautiful rail trail, and historic Huguenot Street.Communication with Cree, the host, was excellent. I always received a quick answer.We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a really nice stay at the house! It’s clean and very well maintained. 5 min drive to New Paltz and less than half hour drive to Mohonk or Minnewaska state parks. Fenced-in backyard is such a huge plus if you bring your dog (we had to leave ours behind unfortunately) - not manly properties offers this feature!

A Merry Christmas in New Paltz

Macree's house was the perfect place for extra family members to stay during our Christmas in New Paltz. The interior and exterior were new, modern and the place was well equipped in all regards. The fenced-in yard was very convenient for our dog and the short walk to the rail trail connected us to the town.The working hot tube was another plus.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. 2 king beds is such a home run and loved the backyard for outdoor dining!The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was just minutes from downtown New Paltz, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and coffee spots without spending much time in the car. For cyclists, it’s an ideal home base. We were able to hop right onto the Empire State Trail for an easy, scenic 20-mile out-and-back ride that crosses the iconic Walkway Over the Hudson. It was also a quick drive to Minnewaska State Park Preserve for beautiful hiking and additional cycling routes. We finished our stay off cycling on the carriage trails of Mohonk Mountain. The host was responsive, communication was excellent, and check-in was seamless. Overall, this was the perfect home base for exploring everything the area has to offer. Whether you’re visiting for great food, outdoor adventures, or a relaxing getaway, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

The "Zen Cabin" is a lovely, well thought out spacious house! It has a huge kitchen, and lovely area to dine, inside and outside. It was missing some cooking supplies which we easily bought at the local grocery and left for others to use. We were pleased to find a a great blender there, which was very useful to us. The appliances were all very new and easy to use. The house is very comfortable, and in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The owners were very kind and answered our questions.
