James, thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing our home for your stay. We're glad you enjoyed the great location and found the number of guest rooms and baths to be ideal. We appreciate your input regarding the beach access and repairs like the torn cushions—we'll be addressing these issues promptly. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the Thanksgiving dinner supplies, and we'll review our listing to ensure accuracy. As for the lack of central AC, we understand how that can be challenging on warmer days, and we’re looking into possible solutions. We're happy to hear that our team was responsive during your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. The Team at Beachfront Only
