En-suite bath with tub & separate shower.
Second bedroom has adjustable Queen bed, Twin bed with Twin trundle. Roku TV. Full bathroom in hallway with tub/shower combo.
Pack n play with sheets & high chair.

Fully stocked kitchen with electric range/oven, microwave, air fryer, convection oven, waffle iron, panini press, crock pot, Keurig & full size coffee pots, tea kettle, plenty of cookware, grilling supplies for shared grills.
Plenty of pool & bath towels. In unit laundry.
Relax & play, fish or boat all day, whatever you choose youâll enjoy your stay!
***NOTE You have access to the resort and most activities offered by the resort. The staff CANNOT service anything inside my condo.
You are MY guest, not a Wyndham guest. Unlike a hotel, if something needs repair or maintenance you'll need to report it to me and most often it cannot be addressed immediately. It requires a scheduled service call, just like in your home.
*** Note Minimum age to rent is 21. I am unable to host smokers/vapers due to my respiratory disease. If anyone in your party smokes/vapes, even if they do not do so in my condo, the residual smells & chemicals pose a serious risk to me. This is not a judgement, I simply must protect my own health.
***Note- Pets are NOT accepted.
My personal dogs visit occasionally but are not permitted on furniture or in beds. If you're allergic to dogs and might react to dogs having been in the unit from time to time, please don't reserve my unit.
Note that the resort has security cameras throughout. I have no cameras inside my condo, but I do have a Ring doorbell with audio/video.
All HOA & resort rules must be followed.
It is not permitted to hang towels or anything from the balcony.
Grills must be reserved at the reception desk, based upon availability. Reserve early!
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am
Sound travels and please be considerate of the other guests, your neighbors and mine.
The pool stays open late most nights in warm weather. It is NOT heated in the winter.

WIFI CAN BE SPOTTY OR WEAK ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK USAGE TIMES. This is currently in the process of being upgraded by the resort but there is nothing I can do as a host to improve it until that is complete. Unplug & enjoy but if that's not for you, you might not want to choose my place.

The resort has security cameras placed throughout the property as required by the resort for security & insurance purposes. Those locations are subject to change at any time and I have no control over them.

No additional guests, daytime or otherwise without MY express permission
No additional guests are permitted to use the resort facilities due to insurance regulations
No towels or articles can be hung from the balcony
No children are to be unaccompanied on the balcony or throughout the resort
This is lakefront property & has all the inherent risks
Swim and use resort amenities AT YOUR OWN RISK

YOU MAY SEE BUGS ON OCCASSION IN SPITE OF REGULAR TREATMENT, AS YOU WILL IN ANY SUCH LOCATION.
Finding bugs does not in any way indicate the property is dirty or not maintained.

IF YOU'RE AFRAID TO ENCOUNTER A BUG, PLEASE DO NOT RENT MY PROPERTY. IT IS NOT THE PROPERTY FOR YOU.
IT IS LOVELY & SERENE, CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED, BUT THESE CREATURES EXIST IN NATURE HERE & THERE'S NO WAY TO ELIMINATE THEM. THAT BEING SAID, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A BUG PROBLEM IN MY HOME, WHATSOEVER.
THERE IS A TREND FOR UNSCRUPULOUS GUESTS TO USE SMALL THINGS LIKE REPORTING A BUG IN A HOME, TO THEN ASK FOR DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS.
IT IS UNFAIR TO HOSTS & I WON'T ACCOMODATE SUCH REQUESTS.
