First Floor: Step into a fully equipped kitchen featuring elegant white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining space for 4. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a half bath, a cozy living area, and a balcony. Outdoors, savor alfresco dining, complete with breathtaking gulf views of the pristine shores of 30A. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living area, and balcony creates an inviting space perfect for both entertaining and unwinding after a day at the beach. Living room also features a sleeper sofa.

Second Floor: The master bedroom features a private balcony furnished with 2 lounge chairs, ideal for sunbathing while soaking in panoramic gulf views. Adjacent is the second master bedroom suite, both boasting king-size beds with luxurious linens, full ensuite bathrooms, spa-quality towels, and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities.
