Excellent Location

Property was well maintained. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms (we had three) were nice, but small. Close to capitol, mall. The one drawback was that the guest laundry was out of order, inconveniencing those in our group who had been traveling for a week before arrival and needed to do laundry. We expected that all VRBO properties would have functioning laundry facilities.

Convenient location and friendly staff!

We decided to do something different and take a train from NC to DC. The property is just a short walk from Union Station which makes traveling everywhere by metro really convenient too. There’s an attached restaurant which has excellent food, and there’s complimentary coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The kiddos really loved that at the end of our busy days! The only downside is the street noise, which is easily amended by the complimentary ear plugs provided in your room. Overall, this place was a 10/10!!!

40th wedding anniversary

6 of us were traveling together looking for a location close to the capitol and museums in a nice neighborhood. This was all of the above. A few minor things to consider: 2 of the 3 rooms we had were really small. The elevators were really small. No continental breakfast. No free parking.
