- Kitchen and bathroom supplies are starter amounts, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount. The nearest supermarket is approximately 2.5 miles away.

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated. Turn on the spa timer on the pool wall for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: Coleman travel grill, not a full size grill.
BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation covering the use/cleaning of the grill plus 2 bottles of 1lb propane.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
