Our family resides in the Tampa Bay area. We've been enjoying the Florida Keys for 30 years and visit as often as we can. Emerald Landings is our vacation home and we're pleased to make it available to you when we're unable to be there.

Marathon has become our favorite key because it has so much to offer. The water is even more beautiful than the upper keys, it's very close the airport, fantastic restaurants, and the all the shopping needed to making living in the keys convenient and carefree. A day trip to Islamorada and Key West are equally easy.

First and foremost, it’s a brand-new D’asign Source home – the same builder responsible for other remarkable residences in the Florida Keys, including Sydney Sweeny’s.
