Spectacular

Upon walking in it was WOW! It appear to be freshly painted with new floors and countertops. I have stayed at Calypso for the last 8 years and this is by far my favorite condo. The couch is great for a family of four, having the bunk room with a double bed is a plus in addition to a king bed in the second bedroom. I can't say enough nice things about this condo. Also, we did have one slight problem with our air conditioner and by the time we got home it was fixed. Now that is service! Warren rentals was a pleasure to do business with, they were quick in answering, and a very fair company. I would highly recommend them. When renting a condo you never know exactly what it is going to be like; however, you will not go wrong with this condo.

Awesome and Relaxing Place

My family and I were in town for my daughter's softball tournament. We wanted the full ocean view experience. We definitely got it! We received communication throughout the entire process, all the way up until we departed. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The condo was very clean and modern. We will definitely be booking any future trips with the same company! Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Family Vacation

Awesome all around!

We were very impressed with the condo and the facility as a whole. We used the fitness center which was very nice! The fact that this unit comes with beach service was awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much and plan to go back when we can!

Great Trip, great room!

The process of rental was very smooth. The unit was very nice, clean and the most comfortable bed we ever had! Always go to Calypso Resort and will again and definitely through Warren Beach Rental!

Our favorite condo we've stayed at!

It was a very easy check-in process, we were actually able to check-in a little early which was a big help. The condo had everything we needed and was located right on the beach. The kids' beds were bigger than I expected, which helped out a lot with my 5'9" 13 year old! I highly recommend them!

Beautiful unit

The property was well maintained, fully stocked with all needs and efficient. The one thing that could be improved was the amount of towels provided and the condition of them. Also, a small dresser or chest could be added to the bunk bed room.

Beautiful place. Beach and pool awesome!

The condo was decorated beautifully. It had everything you’d need and was large enough for four adults to live for a week. A couple issues; the master bath shower hose was full of mold and needs a scrub. The beds in master and spare room need new mattresses. toppers were too soft,, bad on backs. Loved our stay!

It was a great location. It was a nice unit up high enough but not too high. We had other team families in other places that were talking about how awful their elevator wait times were. Not for us!

Nice stat

The condo looked just as pictured and was clean. My only issue with this condo is the bed in the master bedroom. It is a comfy mattress but because their is no box spring only the slats of the bed frame it feels lumpy and lopsided. I didn’t sleep through the night at all during our stay due to the bed being uncomfortable and feeling like I was sinking in all night. I would recommend the owner putting in a box spring you can even find one on Amazon with a lower height so it does not take away from the bed frame. The king bed in the guest room was amazing but our son had that room. The bunk room was also great our kids loved it and they are full size mattresses which is a huge plus for them. Other than that one small complaint which can be easily fixed I’d say it was a great condo. The calypso tower is our favorite location in PCB but it has its issues and those have nothing to do with the owner. The elevator is super slow and broke down a few times during our stay. Only one elevator was running for most of the week.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and gorgeous, and we truly had a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone and we hope to come back and visit next summer!

Absolutely perfect.

We recently stayed at the Calypso 604 East and had a fabulous time. This was our first time traveling to Panama City Beach and we weren't sure of what to expect upon arrival. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and within walking distance to just about everything. It was stocked with all the essentials and probably the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Oh, and that ocean view...(STUNNING)... The staff were friendly, helpful and provided all necessary information needed to have a great trip. A special THANK YOU too Mitch who gladly answered all of my questions beforehand via e-mail, text and phone call. We had such a great time...we're headed back there in October.. See you soon!!
