Du kommer absolut att älska det här på Estero Beach & Tennis Club i denna lyxiga, direkta studiolägenhet vid stranden. Byggnad C på sjunde våningen ger en expansiv utsikt över viken. Underhålls med avslutade ytor, inklusive duschkabin med stengolv och glasdörrar, kök har massor av skåpsutrymme, rostfria apparater i full storlek (inklusive diskmaskin) och bänkskiva i granit. Kök fullt utrustat med de flesta köksredskap som du kan behöva om du bestämmer dig för att laga mat. Detta är en direkt utsikt över bukten vid stranden ... inte en sidovy. Sitt nästan var som helst i lägenheten och titta på vågorna rulla in och delfinerna simma förbi. För att inte nämna de fantastiska solnedgångarna!
Ligger vid öns södra ände med vatten runt omkring. Direkt tillgång till 7 miles för Fort Myers-stranden med glänsande vita sandstränder och viken. Andelslägenhetskomplex har uppvärmd pool med utsikt över bukten och vindar, expansiva välskötta gräsmattor för att leka eller koppla av omgiven av blommor, palmer och fåglar. Väl underhållna Har-Tru tennisbanor uppgraderades 2017, shuffleboard, en plats att låsa upp dina cyklar, snabb åtkomst till Beach Trolley som går upp och ner Fort Myers Beach, lämna din bil och åka 75 cent. Tvärs över gatan från shopping, flera restauranger, bondemarknad, apotek, 7-Eleven närbutik, glass-kafé, marina, nära Publix livsmedelsaffär också.
King size-säng och bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng, 42 "TV roterar för vardagsrum och sovrum, säker enhet Wifi, privat balkong för att titta på soluppgången och sätta över Mexikanska golfen. Säker byggnad har 2 hissar så ingen väntar, tvätt i lobbyn, grillplats utanför lobbyn med strandbord.

We enjoyed our vacation at Estero Beach and Tennis Club!They are working hard to rebuild the beach, the pool is lovely and we had everything we needed to cook in our unit.

Very relaxing vacation, great property

Another great stay at estero beach and tennis, love the views, the property is well kept, buildings are solid and well maintained, neighborhood is rebounding slowly, but beach is perfect as always. The area is still rebuilding from storm damage, but very resiliently rebounding, plenty to do nearby. Glad to return, and will be back soon.

Excellent location

Excellent location and Wonderfull view. The condo is perfect for a short stay however we had to deal with bed bugs every nights. The description mention gym and spa are available which is not the case. Swimming pool is big and very clean. Great stay otherwise.

Wonderful hospitality

The area is still under reconstruction post hurricane but this room is great! The view and access to the beach are the best. The room is well stocked with anything we needed! The owner was very good to work with and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect Location

This is the nice condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. It is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Joan is a pleasure to work with. The view of the gulf can't be beat.

Was a little disappointed that there was no spa which we took as a hot tub. Also, the door to the unit needs attention. The lock needs to be fixed. If you do not check to ensure it locks on your way out, then you risk it remaining unlocked.

Exceptional value

We were grateful and overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness evident in the provisioning of this condo. Every detail had been anticipated and provided. We were looking for someplace restful and we found a haven of rest at this beach-side Fort Myers Beach location. We would encourage anyone to consider this rental in your vacation plans!

Quiet and comfortable

Very nice and quiet location. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Stayed in building B in 2022. Just before Ian hit. Things are coming slowly coming back. Was excellent having the 7/11 so close.

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay. The condo did not disappoint. It was spacious for a studio. The view from the balcony was just as described. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use on the beach and a cooler.

Former real estate broker from Minnesota, now living in Cape Coral. I love the beach so in 2015 purchased this direct beach front condo and remodeled it top to bottom in high end finishes. As I can't be there all the time I decided to share it with others so you too can relax to sleep with the gentle waves, and drink your coffee watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Direct beach view!! Walk out of the lobby a couple hundred feet and you are on the white sand beach .. what else can I say. It is on the south end of Fort Myers Beach where it is quiet and easy going. If you want the nightlife, just hop on the trolley and head to the north of island to Times Square. Property is right across the street from Santini's Plaza that offers multiple quality restaurants, ice cream, liquor store, clothing and trinket stores, 7-11 and CVS pharmacy are also a few minutes walk.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You are right on the beach, and although technically a public beach it feels private and uncrowded as it is separated by mangroves. It is short 10 mintues beach walk to Pincher's beachfront restaurant, or a few more steps north to the Tiki Bar & restaurant at Castaways. Just steps off the lobby to the beach!

The balcony has fantastic views of sunrise and sunset, while relaxing in the comfortable chairs listening to the gentle surf with that morning coffee, or evening cocktail.

There are at more than eight good restaurants you can walk to, two on the beach and six across the street at Santini's Plaza. The newest restaurant Fish Tale hides behind Santini's Plaza on the back waters.
