Vardagsrummet öppnar till ett matrum område (matbord sitter 8 personer) och ett fullt lager kök. Köket är utrustat för matlagning och har alla apparater i rostfritt stål. Utrymmet är ett underbart ställe att samlas med familj och vänner och öppnar till en stor veranda med en utomhus soffa och soffbord.

Clean and Convenient in Folly

Property was very clean and bright, beds were all comfortable, bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen appliances were immaculate, and kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you would need, in very good condition. Nothing *weird* about this place, as you can sometimes find in vacation rentals. No dirty corners, no strange smells, no janky kitchen supplies that were obviously too tired to keep at home so the owner stuck them in their rental. Lots of stairs, and it is a duplex, but sound from the other unit wasn’t bad. Only a block from the main street in Folly, and Ashley St is a busy road, but the noise ordinance in town means you’re not up all night listening to the party two doors down. If only someone would tell the birds that are up at 6:00am!

A True Gem

This bright airy space was immediately welcoming. Our stay was perfect! We were a family of 6 that was able to spread out across 4 bedrooms. The home had all that was needed for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space made for the perfect family meeting spot complete with a hot tub that worked perfectly.A block or 2 from the beach, shops and restaurants rounded out the amazing convenience factor of our stay. We WILL be back!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay on Folly Beach! The house was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space for everyone with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially loved the hang out space under the house where we watched football games and enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect and we loved being able to walk to the beach, Bert’s Market, restaurants, and shops! We really hope to stay here again!

A Perfect House for the Beach

I was so pleased with this property. The location was so convenient to the beach and the main commercial area. The furnishings were first rate and everything was geared to our comfort from the well stocked kitchen to even the mattresses and bedding. I would highly recommend this property. We loved the fully screened in porch that our 2 year old could safely play in and enjoy the fresh air. If you book it you will not be disappointed. The only negative was the need for towel bars in the bathrooms but it would not keep us from staying there again.

Beautiful Property - Exceeded Expectations

Our family just returned from our vacation at Folly Beach (week of June 22nd) and we already began planning our next visit. The home is beautiful and 100% accurate to the pictures. It is very well appointed with all the comforts of home, including a well stocked kitchen/supplies, smart TVs in every room, bathroom toiletries, etc. The linens and bath towels that were provided were comfortable and high quality - along the lines of a higher end hotel. The location is prime if you like to be near the hustle and bustle of the island - you can walk everywhere in a matter of minutes, but don’t let that deter you as the 10 pm - 8 am noise ordinance ensures a good night’s sleep. The downstairs enclosure area was great to hang out in after a day at the beach. The home included at least 5 beach chairs, a bucket/shovel, an umbrella, and a couple boogie boards. The property management were very responsive, but only have office hours from 9-5, Mon-Fri; however, they do provide a contact number in the event of an emergency. We were also provided with the opportunity to check-in a day early which we took advantage of as we were planning to leave Friday afternoon, stay the night in a hotel in Virginia, then drive the remainder on Saturday morning. Checking in on Friday allowed us to leave early Friday morning and drive straight to Folly - it was great being all settled in Friday night and it even saved us money compared to what we would have been paying for 3 hotel rooms.

What a great place to stay in Folly beach. Everything in town is within easy walking distance and beach is just as close. Beautifully remodeled and super clean. Has everything you might beed for a perfect getaway.

Perfect location and great house!

We had both the Blue Crab and the Stone Crab for a family reunion and it was wonderful! The houses are beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better! We really enjoyed our trip, the house, the island and the beach! We plan to be back and would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!

We enjoyed the visit

The house was in a central but at times loud location. The team at My Ocean Rental did a great job responding to text messages and even got us a new coffee machine when ours was not working. The hot tub and grill are two great features.

Best Girls Trip Ever

This house was everything and more than we could have asked for! The house is beautiful and has so many great accommodations. The kitchen and living space is perfect for hanging out and the hot tub area was so fun! All the bathrooms and bedrooms were great for our group. The best part - the location. Fabulous location within short walking distance to pier and ocean, bars and restaurants and grocery store. It was smaller than we anticipated, kitchen and living room close together but it is hard to know these things when booking on line looking at pics. It is a beautiful full functioning kitchen! The drive way was tight with the tree in the way, but we figured it out. My husband loves an outside shower, but it wasn't private so he was bummed abut that. Despite the construction, we managed getting to the close beach. We truly had a very nice stay at Folly Beach. It is a lovely beach house! Thank you so much for asking! Outstanding

We had a great time staying at this home. We loved being only a block to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The beach chairs were an added bonus! Our 4 year old grandson also loved all the beach toys, including pails, shovels, etc to make sand castle making easy, along with collecting shells. Not a lot of toys but enough to make it fun for him. The rooms were all a nice size to accommodate our family of 6 adults & a 4 year old. Just a thought, replace the metal springs on the beds with box springs as we all complained about the squeaky beds whenever you moved at night. We loved the screened in porch, the lower sitting area was a great place to be when grilling food (a great bonus!) & watching TV, plus the hot tub was very enjoyable with the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach and after being in the hot tub. Folly is a hopping little town with some fun places to hang out! Got to try the Pineapple Soft serve at the Pineapple Hut, worth the wait & the money! Bert's Market and Liquor was just across the street, making it convenient to pick up necessities. Thank you Todd for all your help and stopping by to make sure things were going well!
