In 1946, Pioneertown was founded by a group of Hollywood investors with dreams of creating a living movie set — an 1870's frontier town with facades for filming and interiors open to the public. On the outside were stables, saloons, and jails, and on the inside, were ice cream parlors, bowling alleys, and motels.
Today, These historical memorabilia amount to Mean Street, a fascinating location that will take you back in time.
The super famous Pappy & Harriet is currently open and ready to offer the marvel of live concerts again!

Infinity House:
1 King-size bed in the infinity master bedroom
1 Queen-size daybed in the living room

Beyond:
1 King-size bed in the master bedroom
1 Queen-size bed in the second bedroom
3 Single sofa beds in the living room

In total, the property has 3 bedrooms: 2 with king-size beds, 2 with queen-size beds, and 3 with single sofa beds.

Head to the Red Dog Saloon for a fun night out and great tacos or have BBQ and see a concert at the local celebrity venue Pappy + Harriet’s. Both are within walking distance or a one-minute drive.

The first house, called Infinity House, is a two-beds / two-bedroom / two-bathroom. All the rooms in the house open directly onto the edgeless pool and hot tub next to our custom-built steam sauna. The lighting design amplifies the magic at this futuristic home at night. There is a queen-size bed in the living area, a second bathroom, dining area, and kitchen; and a king-size bed in the master with an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub.

Next door is Beyond

Beyond, an exact replica; another two-beds / two-bedroom / two-bathroom. The rooms in the house look out onto the patio with a hot tub, picnic area, fire pit, and chair swing. The cozy hot tubs at each house invite you to end the night stargazing while soaking in comfort.

POOL AND SPA: Heating for our in-ground hot tub is included in your rental all year around. Should you wish to have the pool heated please notify us 48 hours in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Note: Only one, the pool or the spa can heat at the same time. Pool heating will reach a maximum temperature of 76 degrees and will have to be turned back on after the spa is not in use, you will need to notify us. Pricing is as follows-

March and October - $500/night
April through September - $400/night
November trough February $700/night

No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Soak up in the hot tub, eat on the outdoor dining table, and fire-pit. This is the perfect relaxing retreat for you and your loved ones!

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
