We had a wonderful time with our family during our three day stay. Jules was very responsive and kind. The morning sunrises from the master bedroom is a must see. Being able to moor our pontoon at the house was such a gift. The home is the best stocked home I’ve seen. So many different options for cooking. It is a fun spot that I highly recommend experiencing yourself.

Beautiful location on the water with views of the Discovery Bay lighthouse and morning sunrise. Some highlights included the spacious rooms, flat-top cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, ample sleeping accommodations with comfortable beds, dance room with disco ball, outdoor hot tub, and large vanity in primary bedroom. Our guests enjoyed their stay and the VRBO suited our needs nicely for our family, friends, and daughter's bridesmaids. FYI: If you are looking for extra blankets, they are in the drawers/trundles under the bunk beds. Might recommend bringing 2 portable folding partitions for the primary bedroom sliding doors. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we would recommend and consider returning if in the area. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and for helping us to create wonderful memories!

Great location, amazing house!

Everything was great! We all had fun on the paddle boards and kayaks. Location is great, house was clean and accommodating for our group. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

One of the most AMAZING family vacations for my dad’s 70th birthday. The house is so incredibly spacious and PERFECT for kids of all ages and multiple families We will absolutely stay here again! Jules, your host, is one of the best as well! Absolutely loved every part of this stay

Jules was a fantastic host. My friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend stay. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We loved that the house was right at open water too and close to the Marina. We can’t wait to book again!

We had a wonderful family Labor Day Weekend, all 12 of us ages 5-80. The location was perfect for watching all of the boat, See Doo and other activity happening on the water. We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer, ping pong, dancing etc. but spent most of our time on the deck.We would definitely stay there again, thank you so much!

Cool house! Great location! Great host! Just not for us, the boat slips are not for us to use. That sucked because I have a very expensive boat and it had bird poop all over it! The master bedroom only has blinds in 1/2 the windows so you have sun beating on you at 6am. House needs pest control BAD!!! But great location, just needs a little TLS for that rent price!

I’m surprised at some of this Brady. We let you into the home 2 hours early and you complained that work was being done down on the dock. We gave you a late checkout for it. The bugs were terrible on the Delta this spring, agreed, but the house was webbed inside and outside prior to your arrival. The 2nd story windows did need some TLC. The sun does rise in the east and the primary bedroom is eastern facing. Duly noted that sun does come in through the sliders, the tall windows all have blinds. The house has been advertised as having a 30’ and a 50’ side tie. No access to dock slip covers since the beginning of time. Unfortunate on the rating. I’ve had almost 100 5-star ratings. Guess it’s true that you can’t please everyone, no matter how hard you try. Best of luck to you.

Proximity

Fantastic property with easy access to fast water. Host was great and the property was setup with kayaks, paddle boards, tow toys for your boat, life vests etc…. Kitchen has a teppanyaki grill which is awesome. I will be staying here more this summer.

Delta Dream!

This property was at the premier location in Discovery Bay with seconds to fast water, a great view of the delta and lighthouse. It was incredibly spacious, stocked, and accommodating for a great family vacation. Even an hibachi grill, super fun! Everything was easy to use, access, and inviting. Jules was a great host and met us there to ensure all was set and opened. We had a fabulous time - such a treat to stay there!
