You will have 100% private access to our condo during your stay. The Clubhouse Pool and Hot Tub belong to the community HOA and are located right next door to our building (walk or drive). The hot tub is open year-round and the heated swimming pool is open seasonally in the summertime only.

Our condo is located in a quiet neighborhood at the top of Kingsbury grade near Heavenly Mountain's Stagecoach Lift. It would be a 15 minute hilly walk if you did decide to walk to the slopes or you can drive or take the FREE shuttle (comes every 15 minutes in the winter) to either Stagecoach or Boulder lifts. It's so nice to be so close! We have two restaurants and a small convenience store within walking distance, you will love it!

You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in the house manual upon arrival.
