This home has the original "Sun" River that flows through the back yard of Golden Eagle and is great place for relaxation. Golden eagle has peaceful surroundings with nature all around it and is great for bird watching. The home has a private bench near the water if you want to sit and relax by the water and watch the ducks swim by. Inside this lovely home you will be welcomed with high end features such as décor, bedding, air conditioning, brand new mattresses and so much more. This home provides a fully stocked kitchen with all new dishware. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is not pet friendly. The home being a reverse living, you will have the kitchen and master bedroom upstairs as well as the main living space, dining room, and sunroom. The dining room seats up to 6, the living room has seating for the whole family plus an 86 inch TV for watching movies. Golden Eagle sleeps 7. The upstairs master provides a king bed.
