Enter this spacious great room and find cozy leather furnishing, tons of natural light, gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to whip up your favorite meal and the adjacent dining area has a gorgeous dining room table with seating for 8.

Downstairs you'll find the King Bedroom and full guest bathroom with shower/tub combo

Upstairs is the loft with a queen bed and a twin bed plus an updated private bathroom.

Step out onto a sunlit deck to BBQ on the gas grill, or enjoy a soak in the fully enclosed private hot tub.

It’s so easy to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, just hop on one of the 4 provided adult bikes and hit the 34 miles of paved paths running throughout the community .

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Family Reunion? Book this home along with our other Meadow House Condos, Meadow House 3, Meadow House 5, Meadow House 6, Meadow House 49, Meadow House 75 and Meadow House 85 to have the whole family close together.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Good Condo in Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at Meadow House 4. Loved the location close to the Village. Absolutely loved the gas fireplace and the king bed. Condo is showing its age, but is clean and everything worked.

Fun in the Sun(river)!

The condo is great! The location makes it so easy to walk to the village. It’s showing some age, as many of the places in SR are, but it is so clean and well maintained. The carpet appears to be fairly new along with much of the furniture. The beds are very comfortable. My husband and I were also very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. We enjoyed the well kept grounds, sitting on the deck and soaking in the pristine hot tub! The only negative is the lack of air conditioning. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place perfect location

This is a great clean place with everything you need and close to the village. Hot tub was like brand new and very comfortable. Stayed here with my three children and we had a blast. Thank you.

A perfect stay

We stayed September 27-October 2, 2023. The unit was everything it advertised. It was one of the nicest places we have rented over the years. It had everything, even Ziploc baggies provided! It was close to The Village shops and restaurants, the High Desert Museum, the Lava Fields Museum, Paulina Falls, Bend, and more. We would definitely stay there again.

Sunriver getaway

We have stayed at Meadow House 4 before; it feels just right for the two of us. It's always very clean, and there are more than enough utensils, dishes, towels, and linens. the hot tub is fun, and it's nice to sit on the back porch and see the meadow. It's close to the village, and the bike trail to the nature center and marina.
