• You'll have access to the rowhouse: upper level (1st & 2nd Floors) and lower level (English basement), both accessible via front and rear entrances
• Self check-in is contact-free with smart locks.
Check-in: Smart locks will automatically grant access at 4:00 PM.
Check-out: Smart locks will automatically revoke access at 11:00 AM.
Other things to note
• This is our primary home. We've locked some rooms, doors, and drawers to keep our personal belongings secure, but the rest of the house is all yours to enjoy!
• We take great pride in keeping our home sparkling clean, and we appreciate your help in maintaining that standard during your stay. Your contribution makes all the difference in offering a top-notch home-sharing experience for everyone. Thank you!

Your accommodation is located in the historically designated Bloomingdale neighborhood. Bloomingdale is iconic for single family victorian row houses with a turret roof structure. You'll find beautiful tree lined streets active with pedestrians and charming historic victorian row houses in the surrounding blocks.
One block away you will find Convenience: A bodega, liquor store, pizza shop, Thai restaurant and Michelin - Bib Gourmand ranked Italian restaurant.
- Pizza: Bacio Pizzeria (best dessert/casual sit down)
- Thai: AROI (best takeout)
- Big Bear Cafe & Sunday street market (8-noon) (best vibe)
- Italian (No take out): The Red Hen (best sit down dinner - **Michelin - Bib Gourmands ranked)

- Find the M80 bus stop a block away for a quick 10 min ride to Union Station and downtown.
WALK:
- Easy walk to nightlife in U street corridor / Shaw
Bike:
- A Capital Bikeshare dock is located one block from the unit.
Scooters:
- Lime e-bikes and Scooters are available all over the city - rented from the Uber app.
Rideshare:
Uber/Lyft are readily available in DC to take you anywhere you desire.
We aim for every guests stay to be nothing less than perfect. Your request to stay at this property confirms you will comply and agree to the following:
• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors limited to four additional guests not identified in the reservation.
• Quiet hours are in effect from 11PM to 7AM every day. Respect the neighbours please.
• Loud speakers are not allowed for playing loud music outside at any time.
• Shoes are recommended to be removed inside the house.
• No smoking allowed. Smoking inside the house will result in a $1,200 penalty and the actual remediation expense.
• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation request will incur a fee of $50 per person per night.
• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $400 per each extra hour, as well as a supervised exit by our cleaners.
• Unauthorized pets not identified in the booking request will incur the pet fee, plus a $300 penalty.
• Any unusual mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in an additional fee of the actual expense charged by the cleaners.
• Hot Tub Use Liability Disclaimer: The use of the hot tub is entirely at your own risk. By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with its use. The host is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from the use of the hot tub. Guests agree to not hold the host liable for any accidents, injuries, or health complications that may occur during their stay.
