Excellent!!!

A group of 10 of us stayed at this property for a tennis tournament in orange beach and it was perfect!! Plenty of space to spread out, allowing everyone to have their own bed. The house was clean and beautiful. The location was great and plenty of space for parking. The views were amazing and you couldn't beat being just steps from the sand! The check in process went smoothly as well. We can't wait to come back!

Property was wonderful!! There was some definite wear and tear from the summer season, and the seat covers on the dining room chairs were severely stained to the point where we didn’t want to sit on them. Unfortunately, they were on special order so they couldn’t be replaced. The management company sent someone to clean them after a lot of back and forth, but the representative said they needed to be bleached or replaced. Also, there were 3-4 maintenance issues, and maintenance would arrive with no notice or communication. We’ve rented properties in the Panhandle for about 15 years now, and we usually always get communication if someone is coming to the property. With all of that said, the layout of the home was great, and the views were fantastic. The home is well built and furnished nicely. The heated pool was a huge hit with the littles. I wasn’t impressed with the management company, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and recommend it!

We had minimal issues but the property manager answered and took care of it absolutely immediately The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped kitchen for a large group. The pool area is fabulous and the view is top notch

Family Beach Vacation 2025

It was a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time!The only concern was the rugs, especially the rug underneath dining table we had several trips and stumped toes because of the loose condition of the rug. It was so bad we rolled it up and took it downstairs until we left. I came with a broken foot and almost had a broken hip!!! I strongly suggest replacing or removing.

Beautiful Home

House was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We will be renting next year as well. The pool was a hit and being right on beach was the best. Only downfall was the toaster didn't work and we didn't get to use fireplace because it was locked and no way to turn on. The communication with us and the host could improve alittle as well. Overall great stay.

Great Family Vacation

This was one of best family gatherings to relax, enjoy the property and the beach. The Beach Beckons is a great property with great amenities, lots of room for large groups, very nice kitchen and dinning. And the 4 kids really loved the private pool

We rented a beach house through Beachball Properties. We experienced a few minor occurrences at the beach house but Beachball Proprties resolved our concerns immediately. We will definitely rent through them again. We loved our rental house!

The Beach Beckons house was in the perfect location in Orange Beach. I loved that it has its own private pool & its on the beach. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous & has so much room. It was perfect for my girls trip. Us girls plan on making this a yearly trip to make more wonderful memories :)

Amazing home on the beach!

What a wonderful week at the Beach Beckons. The house was phenomenal, beautifully decorated and felt like a true home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, all brand new high-end appliances. Four huge master suites kept all families very comfortable. You could easily sleep in during the mornings and not hear anyone downstairs or in the next room. The beds and linens were so much better than expected. The views from the patio were spectacular, and the heated pool on the patio made our evenings even better. We can't wait to come back!!
