Enjoy this Beautifully Decorated Villa 10 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World & Universal and close to many other attractions (Disney Springs, I-Drive, Crayola Experience, & Sea Life Aquarium). Super close to restaurants, shopping centers, and a plethora of lakes and parks nearby for the outdoor enthusiasts.

This is truly a perfect home to stay in Kissimmee. It's Fully equipped, Private, RECENTLY UPGRADED (roof, all floors, etc.) Clean, & thoroughly Sanitized after each guest.

THE SPACE

This immaculate home offers all the essential amenities. Inside you’ll find a spacious and stylish living space, fully air conditioned throughout. The dine-in kitchen offers an abundance of storage and counter space, a closet pantry and bar. We have everything you will need from pots and pans, a coffee maker, Keurig machine, Tupperware , Kettle, rice maker, etc.

The Large Master Suite features an ensuite complete with a Garden Tub, Separate walk-in Shower, private access to the pool and Two Large Vanities, holds a King Size Bed and displays a Flat Screen TV.

Second Master displays a Queen Size Bed, Flat Screen TV with private bath.

Two other Stunning Themed Bedrooms are each equipped with their own Flat Screen TVs. with shared bath. Flat Screen TV in each room with access to Netflix, Roku and Disney+.

Enjoy your Backyard Oasis including a covered patio and screened pool. Soak up some rays in one of our loungers out by the pool or sit back in the shade under our covered lanai with some cool refreshing drinks. Plastic glasses are suggested for this area.

Our Game Room is one the Favorite rooms in the house. It is a creatively themed Game Room, with an air hockey table, foosball, Xbox, and board games that will keep everyone entertained.

Nice villa near Disney World

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. The kitchen is well equipped . Some aspect (like blinds and outdoor furniture) is a little outdated, but not a big issue.Airconditioning is capped at 72 degrees. It works well in de living room, but the sleeping rooms are a little bit warmer. Again not a big issue for us.Driving times to WDW are between 15-20 minutes. A lot of nice restaurants in the area. There is a lot of traffic in and around Orlando so expect delays if you are going to International Drive or Universal.

Great location and well equipped but not clean.

This is a lovely villa with a good location and well equipped, everything you could possibly need including beach towels, strollers and car booster seat. This villa needs some maintenance it certainly isn’t immaculate as the listing states. I had to request check in information. I had to contact the owner and ask for the pool area to be cleaned as there was bird droppings, black dirt, it was cleaned the next day, it was better but not to a good standard. The villa was dusty in harder to reach areas, a drink was spilled in the bedroom and not cleaned up. I complained about the cleanliness and was told a deep clean was done every few months but I don’t think it has been done for a very long time. Over the course of the two weeks, I noticed more and more issues, initially I just thought the villa smelt funny due to a dirty mop, I then realised villa had a damp smell and black mold in the master bathroom. All the towels smelt of mold but after several hot washes they smelt clean. The washing machine had mold in the seal. We had to mess around in the master bedroom to get lights working, bulbs were blown. There’s a lot of broken blinds. The owner was quick to reply and offered apologies but no one came to look at the mold. The owner stated this hasn’t been reported before but there’s a very similar review on a different site ,so the owner has been made aware previously.I requested a partial refund but this request was ignored.
