Wonderful property in an amazing location

The property is walking distance to Roche Harbor. It came with kayaks and is right on the bay so we went kayaking, it came with lots of games, the kitchen was fully stocked. Great place to spend time with friends and family.

Great location to Roche Harbor and ocean front. We would stay there again !

We enjoyed the location and amenities, like crab traps, kayaks, and the little boat. Looks like the house is getting updates and owners should continue.

We had a wonderful stay with beautiful weather. We took advantage of the kayaks and bikes every day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other equipment that we would need. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

Location is ideal- so very tranquil overlooking the bay. Being so close to Roche was an added bonus. Kathy responded quickly and was easy to work with. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I hope to stay again soon!

Great House on Westcott Bay

Our family had a wonderful time in this house. It is right on the water and comes with kayaks and bikes to use. The house is comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We would for sure stay here again if we get the chance. Five stars

Peaceful relaxing place

Well equipped kitchen for meals prep. Plenty of towels and linens. Kids enjoyed the kayaks. Lively view of the bay. We liked being away from the traffic and noise of Friday Harbor.

Lovely stay, very comfortable and convenient

Our family of eight people, including two small children, had a wonderful time here. It's our second time booking this house, and we plan to book again next year. It's always clean, has all the kitchen supplies you could possibly need, and is conveniently located near Roche Harbor. We drove back and forth, but you could easily walk if you don't have small children trying to keep up. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great time!

Great stay on Westcott Bay

Our three generations were grateful for a lovely place to escape the realities of the pandemic and politics. It was disappointing to not be able to do many outside activities because of the smoke, but it was comforting to come home to such a sweet spot on the bay. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Great kitchen amenities!

The perfect San Juan vacation rental

If are staying on San Juan with kids then this is your ideal location. On the water with mud flats for clamming. Walkable (5min) to the sculpture park and airport, walkable (10min) to Roche Harbor and some of the best donuts at Lime Kiln, and a short drive (5 min) to British Camp. The house was clean and very well stocked to cook for a big family.

Relaxing hideaway

This location was very peaceful. It felt secluded and quiet but was still connected to and close to shops and restaurants., as well as trails and scenic byways. The view of the bay was fantastic. The house we comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. They had fun games and books for bad weather days, and bikes and kayaks for the sunny days. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

A great spot

Easy location walking distance to Roche Harbor. The house was bigger than the picture. A bit dated and worn but it does the trick. Bring eye masks for summer as the light starts streaming in around 4:30am. Kids had a great time playing around the dock. Idyllic location!

Beautiful!

The house is very comfortable and the property location amazing! Our family of 5 adults and a 2 yr old had a wonderful time exploring the island. Very quiet and relaxing. Kathy was quick to respond to a question. There isn't a door on the upstairs bedroom but there is a baby gate. Fun weekend!!

Nice Stay w a few exceptions

The house was nice in a great location. We had some issues with the condition of the crab pots and one of the kayaks, but the owner was very nice about it and offered us a small refund as that is the main reason we rented this home. If you are going to go crabbing, make sure the ropes to the pots and the hole in the one single kayak are fixed first. I would also recommend some type of umbrella for the back deck. The hammock was amazing!
