Detta nyligen renoverade hem ligger på västra sidan av San Juan Island, det perfekta tillflyktsortet för grupper eller par som vill koppla av och njuta av vad ön har att erbjuda.

3 sovrum, två badrum hem ligger nära Smugglers Cove är den perfekta andrum för din ö semester. Det nyrenoverade gourmetköket har 2 ugnar, stenbänkskivor, kylskåp i rostfritt stål och fullt köksredskap.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen har en helt ny king size-säng och en storslagen utsikt över vattnet. De viktigaste våningen drottning sovrummet har också en utsikt över vattnet. Båda dessa sovrum delar ett badrum.

Nedervåningen har ett snyggt utrustat och privat drottning sovrum med eget badrum.

En perfekt tillflyktsort för ett par par eller liten familj med äldre barn. Familjer med små barn bör vara försiktig med denna höga bank vattnet.

Special stay on San Juan

This is a great property with incredible views and easy access to sights all around the island. We would highly recommend it and very much enjoyed our stay.

Million Dollar Views!!

Girls trip to San Juan Island was perfect with the lovely whale viewing house on the west side of the island. The relaxing views of the water, whales, sunsets, birds and ships going by kept us entertained for hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, well laid out and had everything we needed for our four day stay. I would highly recommend this property!

The location is everything when coming to san juan island! amazing views from most rooms. very comfortable stay, plenty of room for me and 2 teens. well stocked kitchen and plenty of hang out space. we will be back

Friday harbor get away

Waterfront Retreat

Great location, nice, clean place. We had plenty of room for all six of us; however, the hot water is very limited. Showers were about five minutes. Other than the water issue, I would recommend this rental.

Perfect location

The house gave you easy access to all the parks and marinas. Sitting on the deck was peaceful and rejuvenating. Seeing the Orcas one evening was a plus as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Super clean and comfortable property, amazing view, right up the Strait from Lime Kiln State Park. We saw two pods of orcas, J and L, a Minke whale, sea otters, porpoises, and lots of jumping salmon. We truly hope we get the opportunity to visit again next summer.

We Love San Juan Island

Excellent September Vacation

The house is located with an excellent view of Haro Strait and the deck is great for an evening meal. We've vacationed several times on San Juan, Orcas, and Lopez, and think this was one of the best places we've stayed. My only caution might be renting this house during warmer months. Almost none of the windows open, so towards the end of the day the west facing living room/bedrooms can get pretty warm.

A fantastic time!

We were able to find the property, check in and get settled with no problem! I had to call for some help on the minisplit unit in one bedroom and them PM's were so helpful and available. Our daughter is only 1 and it was great for little kids, and our older son had space to play inside and out. We loved the discount for kayaking too! It was a great home to spend a week with family. We had friends come for dinner one night and it was a perfect space to hang out with a group for a fun night. The house had everything we needed and it was nice to be out of town a bit, but still such a quick drive into downtown Friday Harbor. The view was STUNNING and we saw otters, seals, eagles, and foxes right from the porch! We will definitely be back!

Great Location on West Side of SJI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a four-day stay at Whale View Haven in July 2021. The views are spectacular overlooking the strait between San Juan Island and Canada. Although we didn’t see whales during this stay, we did see bald eagles several times a day, as well as otters and seals. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The property and its furnishings are somewhat dated, but fine for our needs. We would stay here again in the future.

It was a family stay with two of our adult children and their partners. The house is private and a great base to explore San Juan Island from. We shrimped from our boat two days of our stay and had a wonderful time! Beautiful Roche Harbor is where we moored our boat. It has restaurants, a coffee shop and store right at the harbor with additional stores just up from the harbor. I highly recommend Whale Watch Haven House!

Magical

Easy to find and access. View is spectacular. We saw porpoises and seals and whales. A mama deer and her baby were just hanging out in the yard. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need and there’s even a spice drawer! Beds were comfy and open windows helped keep the place breezy and cool. Basement bathroom sink was clogged, but we just used the sinks upstairs so it wasn’t a big deal. Property manager addressed it promptly, however, and offered to send someone out. The island is incredible and we had an amazing time exploring. Will definitely be back.

Great view, could use some upgrades

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is everything that was advertised and the kitchen area was terrific for gathering and spending time with family. However, I wouldn't go back. We took brief showers, but only one person had hot water -- it ran out almost immediately. The beds were well worn and lumpy. The house was clean, but there was a bit of a musty smell that permeated. A tankless water heater and new beds are in order for this location. Frankly, I expected more for the money.

Amazing view but fees are ridiculous

The view was gorgeous, we enjoyed the birds and deer even came into our backyard. The kitchen was very well equipped, even every spice and herb you could want. The furniture is dated by some people's standards, but it actually added to the mid century charm and was comfortable. But the rental fees, the non-refundable damage waiver fees are absurd. The non refundable damage waiver is not actually a waiver as you cannot waive it. Their reasoning is you don't have to worry if you break something. I'd rather have the money and a little worry. Charge a security deposit and refund it if the property is left in good shape. The website is not welcoming and the tone of the management is snappy. The list of rules, dos and don'ts, and" the owner is not responsible fors" is extensive and takes away from the anticipation of the booking. This review would have been much higher if the fees and punitive nature of the management company were more reasonable. Go to San Juan island but stay in a hotel.

Cozy Retreat with a View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this place looking for a nice, relaxing getaway and it delivered. The house was immaculate (which is appreciated during this pandemic) and was very comfortable, from the captain’s chairs overlooking the strait to the gooshy couches curled up watching movies, we had a good time. Fantastic modern kitchen meets rustic cabin-like feel - we cooked many of our meals there and used the BBQ a few times too. Super easy. And the beds were all fine - we only used two as we're a family of three. Of course, the best part of this place is truly the view - particularly in the late afternoon and into the sunset hour. Magical. Just sit back and let the water melt your stresses away. I’d recommend this place and would like to return someday. One thing worth mentioning, it does get cold at night and the heating is limited to the living room and downstairs (or, at least it see,Ed that way). Otherwise, no real complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breathtaking views! Our family slept comfortable. Unfortunately there were Cobb webs all over the downstair towels. Which concerned me how often it had been cleaned. Disappointing for how much we paid to not have it cleaned. I also reach out to the rental company and there was no apology which was interesting to me. The location is quiet and away from the crowds. You will have to drive for food and shopping but it was nice to sit in the living room and watch the orcas swim bye. It would have been helpful to have a local lists of places they would recommend.

Peace and beauty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s difficult to imagine a more perfect spot from which to enjoy nature. We saw orcas and bald eagles from the dining room and sea lions in nearby Kiln Park. If you keep the bird feeder on the rear deck full with the supplied wild bird food, you’ll be rewarded with a steady stream of gorgeous finches and sparrows. The house itself was exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
