OVERVIEW: Book your dream vacation in downtown Rehoboth Beach, steps to the sand and surf! This home is a beautiful circa 1910 beach cottage nestled among stately, old shade trees and cooled by whispering breezes fresh off the ocean. It has recently been renovated to include mini splits that provide air conditioning for six primary suits. The main level has a lovely dining room to accommodate fourteen comfortably. Continue into the family room with a 60" smart TV, gas fireplace, overstuffed couches, and lounge chairs, the perfect relaxing place. The kitchen features a commercial gas range and a triple basin sink ideal for any home gourmet chef. Multiple primary suites on each level; pick which level you prefer. The third level is large enough to sleep eight or can be used as a recreational area. The rear courtyard and deck create a peaceful place to make you feel relaxed and carefree and take in the sounds of town. The front porch is a beautiful and relaxing area to curl up with a good book and have your morning coffee while listening to the waves crash.
LOCATION: Ocean block in South Rehoboth Beach! Life is short; live less than a half mile from the beach!
PARKING: Private driveway for five vehicles.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach equipment, ice maker in the basement, two dishwashers, gas fire pit in the rear courtyard, wi-fi, and cable local TV.
