Short and sweet

Fall weather but sunny…lovely walks on the beach or just hanging on the rooftop. Great dinner at the Galley Hatch. Enjoyed the L Street Tavern music and a few beverages at Wally’s!

Summer Fun

We rented this condo for a 3 night stay with the kids. The cleanliness was excellent. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evenings after a long day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Perkins get away

Amazing condo

Karen was wonderful! The condo was amazing. Just a block away from the beach, close enough to the main drag without the noise from it. One night we were able to hear the singer across the way at The Goat, but it wasn't bothersome to us. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed it.

Gem of a Summer beach rental

The moment we opened the door of the rental we were very happy. Welcoming, immaculate beach decor with plenty of space. No pictures of the 2 bathrooms on VRBO, but looked brand new and as the rest of the condo, fantastic decor. Roof top deck was an added bonus watching the sun set over the harbor. The use of the grills was great. Very short walk to the beach and seashell stage. The perfect spot for listening to live music from area bars as well. Karen was easy to get a hold of and answered questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

This property is perfect for being at the beach! I stayed with my family and it was fantastic. Karen is great and very accommodating. Two bathrooms is key, you won't find it anywhere around except maybe in a house rental. Everything is new and in pristine condition. The AC cranks and is great for hot nights or beach relief. It's a great place for families who want to cook. We made a big dinner and had family up for the day. We had 10 people and plenty of space! Overall, this place is a hands down 10! There is also washer and dryer! To boot there is a beautiful roof top deck that has spectacular views and provides relaxation! There are small tables and chairs with a grill. A couple with kids could easily take the baby monitor up there and have a great date night on the roof! I did not use the grill due to the heat, but on a cooler day it's a great feature. There is also a grill on the ground floor outside that I used. Parking is provided for two cars. My boyfriend has a huge truck and it was able to fit in one of the spots! It is a very short walk to the beach and is right near a great place called The Pier. This rental rocks! If you have the chance to rent it don't pass it up it will be gone. ~Lindsay

Great venue for family vacation

This was perfect for a family reunion! We had 5 adults and a 19 month old; there were NO issues with overcrowding! Very clean and well laid out.
