Helt ombyggda ett sovrum, har enheten helt nytt kök, nya badrum och golv till tak renovering. Beläget i hjärtat av South Beach, bara ett kvarter från stranden och ett stenkast från alla attraktioner i området, är lägenheten i ett livligt område i South Beach!
Det finns inte en tum i denna lägenhet som inte har byggts om. Den helt nya köket har alla rostfria vitvaror, kvarts bänkskivor, djup modern diskbänk, marmor backsplash och italienska porslin. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla köksredskap och diskmaskin.
Badrummet var helt omgjord med tunnelbanan kakel dusch, och marmor dusch golvet. Det finns refinished trägolv i hela vardagsrummet och sovrummet samt. Det finns en platt-TV i sovrummet och en annan TV i vardagsrummet med kabel service och trådlöst internet finns tillgängligt i lägenheten. En futon i vardagsrummet ger extra boende. Fönstren behandlas med persienner och gardiner för extra avskildhet och mörkare för att få en god natts sömn. Lägenheten ligger i en livlig del av South Beach, bara ett kvarter från stranden och många attraktioner. Det är en bekväm butik precis utanför byggnaden och många butiker runt hörnet och restauranger samt.

Stay was too quick of course but the apartment was great. Weather not so great but made the best of it. The bodega under the property has excellent choices of fresh cut fruit for beach days.

Great location for a stay near the beach.

The property was very well located just one block from the beach, it was easy to follow the self check in instructions, everything was very clean and it was well equipped. It looks pretty much as per the photos, minus a small amount of wear and tear but nothing major. Once I got the hosts phone number he was really responsive in getting back to me. Only thing to mention would be the noise as it’s on a busy street, the air con is also very loud when it’s running. But I took ear plugs and it was fine. Easy enough to get to from the airport on a direct bus and everything was then walkable from the property.

Clean and well appointed.

Very well stocked. Convenient location. You will hear people outside from time to time but this is the happy area, quick and over. Would be back in a heartbeat.

Modern deco in a great location

Chose to stay in south beach for our third visit to Miami and were pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It is right next to Ocean Drive and the beach - 2 minute walk - and round the corner from the local bus stop and a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is compact with just enough storage space for a long weekend stay. The inside has been tastefully decorated, kitted out with all the essentials. It was also a bonus to have fresh bed linen to be able to change the bed during our stay and the laundry room downstairs was handy and very cost effective (only $1.25 for a full wash and the same price for the dryer). Downsides were the extremely noisy neighbours and occasional early morning traffic! The walls seemed to be paper thin but hey ho, not a bad trade off for the positives. We took the bus straight from the airport to get to the apartment - about a 30 minute ride - and only paid $2.25 each! We did the same to get to the outlet mall and although the ride was over an hour, it was the same price - bargain!! Everywhere else - downtown Miami, beach walk, Lincoln Road cinema, etc - we were able walk to. Definitely recommend this place ;0)

Nice apartment for those who like parties. Great hospitality.

Located in the heart of Art Deco. 5 min to the beach. Bars, restaurants, shops are just step away. However, very noisy area. Loud music until 4 am right across the street.

Loved the location everything I needed was walking distance.

Clean and comfy. Perfect for a couple. Love the decoration and modern kitchen. Everything walking distance from diner to pizza and great Greek restaurant right below us. I would return. Pablo was attentive and responded quickly.

A+ experience

I traveled to South Beach with my husband for a long weekend and had a marvelous time. Pablo was always available, and he made booking fast and easy. Better not to bring a car as parking is extremely expensive and everything we needed was within walking distance or (free) shuttle.

Loved the Clevelander bar, very close to walk, as well as A Fish Called Avalon, just down the street. News Cafe was a great place nearby to people watch and it was open all night! Easy and fast booking. Thanks!

A special Sobe Rental

Our time in Miami was even better than we had hoped for. This condo was a nice vacation from the hotel in itself. The property manager was very polite and friendly and we experienced no maladies or stress. Thanks!

Wonderful Rental

We had a great time in this rental, exactly as described with the best location in South Beach. One tip, don't bring a car--everything is close enough to walk and parking is VERY expensive. Great customer service, Pablo was very helpful and booking was fast and easy. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a great location!

This place is utterly delightful. It's a charming spacious apt in a perfect location, just a few steps from the beach! The apt is better than the pictures; it's tastefully decorated and everything looks brand new and sleek. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom is modern and well setup. I also used the WiFi which is fast and stable. Oh, and the building has elevator and a laundry room, which I found handy. Location couldn't be better; a block from the beach, a mini market next door, restaurants all around, and walking distance to all main attractions. Pablo was a lovely host, very responsive and accommodating when I needed to check in. I absolutely enjoyed staying here, great location, great apt, great host. Will definitely come back!
