Very close proximity to a private beach and Coles Tavern, home of award winning seafood and drinks. The house is warmly decorated with comfortable amenities and supplies to make your stay feel like a true home away from home.

Nestled on the stunning banks of the Potomac River, this property is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom chalet that offers breathtaking panoramic views from every level, including a screened-in porch that is perfect for unwinding. Whether you're seeking tranquility or the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining, this spot is your go-to riverside retreat.
The space
Upstairs - 1 bedroom with King bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 Full bunk beds. Shared full bathroom in hallway
Downstairs - 1 bedroom with Queen bed with on suite full bathroom and TV (3) air mattresses available (2 queen and 1 twin) if requested.
Kitchen/living space/back deck/front screened in patio all on main level
New coffee maker has option for keurig cup as well as ground coffee.
Consider this your home away from home! We will provide beds that are comfortable and ready to use. The kitchen is stocked with items as you would expect a normal kitchen to have, (blender, toaster, spices, and more) Please note that we are not able to get trash service here at this address. Guests must dispose of their own trash, or be subject to an additional fee of $150 for us to take care of it. There is a dump a few minutes down the road called Carmel Church Collection facility. Thank you!

Montross Brewery (19 miles away) - delicious beer here only 25 minutes away!
Subway/Fried Chicken/Dollar General/2 Gas Stations (9 miles away) - for a quick bite, only 12 minutes away!

Quinton Oaks Golf Course (19 miles away) - closest golf course. A lot of fun for any level golfer, $22 for 9 holes with a cart! About 25 minutes away.
