Detta kvintessensen Santa Barbara spansk stil Beach Home ligger bara tvÄ kvarter frÄn en av Santa Barbara mest populÀra strÀnder, West Beach och 2 kvarter frÄn State Street shopping och restauranger. Det hÀr hemmet har helt byggts om frÄn golv till tak med alla de senaste bekvÀmligheterna. Lyx Àr nÀra till hands frÄn gourmet kök med rostfria vitvaror och terrakotta kakel till bakgÄrden uteplats med bekvÀma utemöbler. Njut av uteliv med BBQ, utomhusdusch, och Spa.

Det finns tre sovrum och tre fulla bad att rymma upp till sex gÀster. Det stora sovrummet Àr vÀrd en lyxig king size-sÀng och en tillhörande badrum. Den andra rum har ocksÄ ett eget badrum med en dubbelsÀng och det tredje sovrummet med tvÄ vÄningssÀngar har en underbar utsikt över bakgÄrden uteplats. West Beach Charm

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was clean, had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our stay in Santa Barbara. The home is tucked into a nice neighborhood that felt safe. The backyard was private and great for sitting and enjoying the weather. The beach and places to eat were all within walking distance. The airport was an easy drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little place that has everything you need on a quiet street. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Don’t worry about renting this place it is a gem!

Great stay

This is a spacious, well appointed home in an excellent location. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping but they also have several nice looking bikes to use. Jeff responded quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here very much - close to the beach, plenty of thoughtful amenities- lovely place and comfortable beds. If all the windows are closed it gets hot in August but as soon as we’d get back and open the windows and turn on the fans it was fine - No problem sleeping for instance. We’d rent it again in a second.

this is our first time here however we have been coming to SB for 10 years in a row. We had a blast

Great location . Home is cozy and well furnished . We will rent again ! We loved the raccoons watching us in the spa at night. Its a safe and charming location. You can walk to the funk zone or State Street. Always the best weather . The owners are accessible if needed . Great value for your budget.

Clean cute near beach and downtown

Such a great stay! The owners set you up with starter items which was great since we got in late. There’s no AC and the fans don’t quite cut it when it’s super hot. We were there during a heat wave so I don’t think it’s normally that bad. Overall fantastic stay! Highly recommend.

Amazing Santa Barbara Getaway!

Amazing home, perfect location, house was even more wonderful in person! I really have zero complaints about this rental. Beds were comfy, backyard was perfect and beautiful, ideal location to walk everywhere, parking spot convenient and room for two cars. Both main bedrooms had ceiling fans so even without A/C we were comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bath. Nice size dining table. Kitchen/living room open and spacious. We walked to the beach, funk zone and state street. I would definitely stay again!!!

Wow and double wow!

We stayed here (a family with two teenage girls) for four nights as part of our California road trip and were blown away by the property and its location. This is a super stylish, modern, comfortable home, set in a quiet residential area just a couple of blocks from Santa Barbara's stunning beach - and very close to State Street (for shopping and night life.) The property's has a small garden, nicely landscaped and sunny for breakfast and most of the afternoon. The property comes with a selection of bikes, which we used to cruise the cycle way/promenade that runs the length of the beach - we loved feeling part of Santa Barbara's laid-back beach life style and didn't use our hire car for the whole stay. We were hugely impressed when Jeff – the owner – contacted us about some unanticipated construction work taking place opposite the property – his honesty and offer of a discount meant this wasn't an issue. We'd love to visit again (and again).

Perfect Stay in Santa Barbara

This property is exactly as described. This sweet bungalow is in a great location, we were all excited to ride the beach bikes all over but, never even opened the garage because it was so fun to walk everywhere. The good stuff is THAT close! We loved the new hip, trendy Funk Zone better than the tired, old downtown. There are tons of great restaurants (The Lark, The Beach House and Backyard Bowls were our favorites) shops (check out The ShopKeeper and Love Worn) and wine tasting and brewery type places. The main beach is super close but, check out Butterfly beach too. The house is super clean and has high quality furniture, beds, bedding, towels, kitchen items and even little things like q-tips and cotton balls which is nice is you forget to bring them. I admit I was pretty excited to find a Dyson hair dryer - except now I WANT ONE and they are expensive! The home is nicely landscaped with beautiful succulents and the huge grapefruit tree in the backyard smells d-lish! Jeff, the owner, sent us detailed instructions and was very responsive. I have stayed in many VBRO properties and this one is in the top three for sure. The owners obviously really want their guest to have fun - they thought of everything! We are already planning a return visit.
