Welcome to Bluetique, located at 15 Lockwood Drive in Kennebunk, Maine—a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from Kennebunkport, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create the perfect vacation retreat.

As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting conversation area with a nautical chandelier and an open staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms. Off the front living area, there’s a dedicated office space, ideal for those needing a quiet place to work. Moving further in, the grand living room, with a large sectional and natural light, overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard. A wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy touch for cooler evenings or during Kennebunkport’s Prelude festivities.

The open-concept dining area seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The spacious kitchen, featuring all KitchenAid appliances and a breakfast nook, is perfect for hosting family gatherings. On this floor, you’ll also find a mudroom with laundry, a half bath, and access to the three-bay garage.

Upstairs, the home boasts four spacious bedrooms: two queen bedrooms with plenty of natural light and laptop-friendly workspaces, a twin + trundle bedroom with backyard views (convertible to a king upon request), and a luxurious primary bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, and a separate water closet with a walk-in shower.

Superb!

Ideal location, quiet neighborhood and well equipped home - perfect for our KPT getaway! The home decor was soothing, had good energy and the place was spotless!! The host was so accommodating with every little detail!! Cant wait to come stay again!! What a gem!

Repeat for Sure!

We travel often, and Kennebunk is one of our frequent destinations. We are happy to say that we have now found "our" Kennebunk rental! "Salt & Shine" made our stay so easy and worry free with their attention to detail and professionalism. "Bluetique" was a large home, yet somehow also very cozy! There was comfortable space in this beautiful home to work from this location, and when we weren't using our time to work, we were able to entertain our local friends and family who we had come to see. It was great to have a rental that was so conducive to gathering with others! We also enjoyed how close we were to Kennebunkport restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our morning walks to KPort Bagel, dinner at The White Barn Inn, and lobster rolls at Langsford Rd. Lobster & Fish House with a magical view & Maine hospitality. We have always loved visiting Kennebunk over the years, and now we hope that each time we return we will be able to replicate this "Bluetique" experience.

Can’t wait to go back!

The neighborhood is quietly tucked back in a gorgeously designed culdesac, surrounded by trees and nature. The house is spacious, yet cozy, and very clean. The location is perfect- close to downtown and the beach. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The owners of Bluetique were very responsive and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this home!

Amazing, Quiet Retreat!

This rental is a sweet haven in the most perfect location! Tucked perfectly between the Port and Kennebunk, it is a quick walk downtown for dinner and shopping but just on the outskirts, away from the noise. It is so clean and organized and you can feel the thoughtful attention to detail around every corner. My favorite time there was with a hot cup of coffee on the deck early in the morning while the air was cool and the birds were singing. Another highlight was riding electric bikes down to the beach. This home is nothing short of perfection and we are counting the days until we can return!
