Southern charm coastal interior with beautiful furnishings provide beach house comfort in the open-concept living/dining/kitchen space. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with Keurig, professional sharp knives, and an array of kitchen essentials. The bedroom with king bed and bathroom with luxury rainfall shower provides a private luxurious space. The secondary bedroom with custom loft bed (full over queen) is perfect for adults or kids. All bedrooms have blackout roman shades/drapes. Everyone will love spending time post-beach or golf on the patio overlooking the 7th hole of the Ocean Winds course.

Seabrook Island offers 36 holes of private, championship golf with amazing uncrowded conditions. Spend your day golfing on Ocean Winds or Crooked Oaks courses. Afterwards, head to Bohicket Lounge for drinks and snacks. For the pickleballers or tennis fans, Seabrook's Racquet Club offers 15 clay courts (4 lighted), 6 pickleball courts (2 lighted), shaded canopies, pro shop, lounge, and locker room facilities. For the equestrians, the center features spacious pastures, three miles of trails, and modern facilities that include 42 stalls—perfect for long-term monthly boarding—for both residents and non-residents. Throughout the year, guided rides are available on the events calendar. For the beach/pool fans, Seabrook Island Beach Club offers two oceanfront pools with towel service. Kids will love the activities during the summer season at the Beach Club. Enjoy outdoor oceanfront dining at Pelican’s Nest, Osprey Café, and Cap’n Sams’ Grill, just a few short steps from the Club’s two swimming pools. Fore Shore guests have full access to Club dining at the Palmetto Room and Ocean Terrace as well.

Gate passes for Seabrook Island are $40 per vehicle per stay with a two vehicle limit. Amenity cards include access to Seabrook Island Club amenities only (access to the Lake House amenities is coordinated directly at the Lake House and does require a daily fee). The amenity cards provide access only and guests must pay for all costs incurred at Club facilities/amenities. Outdoor pools at Seabrook Island Beach Club and the Lake House are seasonal and operate from approximately Easter weekend through the end of October. The Lake House has an indoor pool that is open year round. All other Club facilities operate year round. Guests with pets are required to add the pet(s) to the reservation and pay a $200 nonrefundable pet fee for the additional cleaning necessary between pet stays. A $500 security deposit hold and signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and an adult chaperone (over age 25) must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and any smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Fore Shore is outfitted with one outdoor security camera featuring video and audio recording capabilities and records 24/7 with motion alerts. The camera is outdoor facing and does not have any view inside the house. The camera is a Ring doorbell camera and monitors the front door and front porch. Guests found in violation of policies are subject to immediate eviction with no refund. Tampering with or intentionally disabling the security cameras, system, or the Wi-Fi router or modem is strictly prohibited.

Early check in or late check out may be possible depending on the season (please note there may be a small fee associated with early check in or late check out of $50-75 and early check in or late check out beyond 4 hours may require booking an additional night).
