We had a great stay! The house was quiet, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and overall it was a perfect place for our beach trip. The only issue was a pretty significant ant problem, with large red ants on the porch and some getting inside and into our food. Communication with Sandpiper was also a little confusing, especially getting check-in information. It would have been much easier if everything could have been communicated directly through VRBO. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found the house quiet, comfortable, and a great spot for your beach trip. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with ants and for any confusion regarding check-in communication. We have already shared the pest control notes with our property care team to ensure the porch and interior are thoroughly treated. We are also reviewing our messaging steps to make the check-in process smoother and clearer for guests booking through external platforms. We appreciate your helpful comments and hope to provide you with a flawless experience on a future visit.
