So much love was poured into the updating of this lovely, secluded villa by its new owners. We are fond of this new-to-market marsh front villa and we know guests will be too. Located just steps from the Seabrook Island crab docks, this amazing villa perched over the marsh offers a secluded vacation spot still near the private beaches, club, hiking trails, lake house, and more.
Up a flight of newly constructed stairs, guests enter into a screened porch that overlooks the marsh. It's not uncommon to spot a heron, deer, or other wildlife while enjoying morning coffee. It's a great spot to read a book or even catch a nap after a sun-kissed day.
Inside the villa, guests will find a palette of crisp whites with colorful beach accents. The living area with elevated ceilings, ample plush seating, large screen TV, and ceiling fan is an ideal place to gather. There's even a desk area to work remotely. Off the living area, is a dining area that seats six. The open space flow seamlessly into a well stocked and clean kitchen.
The master suite is one of our favorite spots in the villa. With modern furnishings, a queen bed with new mattress, closet,and en-suite bath. An extended seating area with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the marsh, lovely swivel chairs and a TV make relaxation a must.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, ample closets, and access to the hallway bath with a shower/tub.
The secluded loft space upstairs features two twin beds, ceiling fan, abundant natural light and access to its own private balcony with lounge chairs.,

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.
WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
Coffee Maker: Carafe Coffee Maker on site.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity Cards are included. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. PROPERTY ALLOWED 3 GATE PASSES
CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated.
With a standard for your stay of what we would for our own vacation, offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
