This fully furnished unit allows for you to relax with a balcony to the Colorado views. New sliding doors with custom window treatments for your privacy. Modern kitchen will all common appliances, cookware, kitchenware, coffee maker all included.
The whole condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The bedroom is your living space and the shared space of a kitchen, living room, balcony, and washer/dryer for your convivence. The other bedroom/bathroom is occupied by the owner. The owner travels a lot for his job and will not be at the property for a large portion of your stay.
