âRoom #1: master bedroom with King size bed, work desk, plenty of closet space and mater bathroom with shower area

âRoom #3: 2 Double beds ( downstair )

PARKING: 2 car garage parking and 2 cars parking in the driveway
LAUNDRY:
Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent is also provided.

- The house has external cameras.

IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line âhoseâ must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Canât keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
