ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOME - Any remnants of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
Pool and Spa Heating- Pool can be heated for an additional energy fee of $125 per day. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to allow for time to reach temperature. Spa heating is an energy fee of $50 per day.
