We paid the upcharge to have the RV moved to a parking lot close to Notre Dame's campus for tailgating purposes. Upon arrival, we were given an RV that was not what was pictured. The RV that we rented was given to another family, but was sitting right beside ours. The host informed us that the one she was giving us was going to be more comfortable. The host showed us how to work the air conditioning and other things in the RV. The generator did turn off while we were there; it took a bit to get it turned back on. But we left for dinner with the generator on so the camper would be cool when we arrived back. When we arrived back, the generator had turned off and it was hot. From there it continued to turn off every 15min or so until the air stopped working altogether in the living room. At this point, we decided we would find other accommodations. In the meantime, the camper that we thought we rented seem to be having no issues. We did come back the next day and use the camper for our tailgate, but we did not stay there that night. We asked for a refund for both nights and said that we would pay the upcharge on the travel since we did use the camper. The host refunded us one evening. We are not asking for a refund due to the air conditioning as we did not reach out to them. However we did ask for a refund since we weren't rented the camper that we paid for. I'm still confused on how we don't get both nights refunded. I would be aware you may not get the RV you see on the app
