The spacious deck features beautiful views of the Ozark Mountains. Inside the home, the leather sofa faces the smart tv, armchair, and contemporary decor. Steps away is the dining table for 4, and a dedicated coffee station. When it is time to whip up your next meal make use of the fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances, and cookware you’ll need. Just off of the kitchen you will find the laundry area.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with a King size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 Twin beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 1 pet can be brought to the unit and must be kenneled if left unattended. We will accept pets up to a maximum of 20 lbs. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
