The place was exactly as listed - very cute and very well stocked. We had lots of groceries from a previous larger home in Santa Fe VRBO and asked Richard if we could check in early - he said yes. So it was great for us - would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental. It was located to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent! I’m not sure we could’ve walked to the square but it is doable.

We had a lovely stay here! The home was very well appointed, the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown Santa Fe. We would love to return!

We’ve rented Richard’s fabulous house before and will return. He’s a terrific resource and the house is perfect to explore this wonderful town.

Cozy and Comfortable

Favorite Santa Fe home away from home

We have been renting this property each year for the past ten years. Richard is a marvelous property manager and we love the house and location. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to walk to Canyon Road and the Plaza. It's perfect.

Very well furnished, comfy house

We spent six days in the Santa Fe and found the house very comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. Plus the decor was beautiful and had the real southwest flavor. The location was great. We walked to Canyon Rd and were a short drive from all local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet too. A perfect choice for a Santa Fe getaway.

Great 2 BR home in Santa Fe

We really enjoyed our stay at this pretty 2 BR/BA home just outside of downtown Santa Fe. It was very spacious and well equipped with the items we needed. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. Clear instructions for wifi and a/c units. Definitely would return to stay here. We were about 8 minutes drive time to La Fonda and easy parking.

quiet house in a great area

This is a lovely, quiet, clean house in a very convenient, nice part of town. The kitchen is great, really well-stocked with quality cookware, unusual in a rental. The drawback for me was I found the beds (and pillows) to be quite uncomfortable and in need of upgrading.

Thank you so much for your review, Maya! We never had anyone remark about the beds and pillows before but, of course, I am going to check them. Beds and pillows are such a personal choice.
