New memory foam mattresses, hypo-allergenic duvets inserts, hypo-allergenic pillows and crisp white hotel bedding/linens. Huge chefs kitchen with plenty of appliances to keep your family happy. If you need extra space, we also manage a dozen other homes in the area that can be booked for family and friends that may need another home to accompany you.

I live just up the block and am happy to meet you and help you with amenities or pass along recommendations.
Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Do not disturb neighbors by disrupting quiet hours. We would appreciate conversations to be lowered by 9pm outside as this is a very quiet residential neighborhood.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the home.
