Prelude to Paradise on 106th

The Prelude to Paradise on 106th is a residential breath of fresh air! This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom pool home accommodates 8 guests. This home has room for everyone! There are 2 spacious living areas and 2 dining areas. Three of the bedrooms offer comfort with king-size beds and the 4th bedroom is set for the kids with twin over twin bunk beds. The kitchen is in the center of the home and is well equipped for staying in and entertaining your friends and family with a home-cooked meal. A very well-appointed wet bar allows you to make your beverage of choice and a Ppass-through window in the kitchen is a helpful touch when you want to grab a plate and head outside to the pool paradise. Resort-style seating along with a fire pit, heated pool (Fee: $50/day for pool heating), and hot tub are all enclosed in the screened-in backyard/lanai. There are beach chairs and a wagon so load up the car and head to the Indian Rocks Beach which is just a few miles down the road. Sink your toes in the sand and soak up some Florida Sun!

Kitchen: Ice/water stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops with 2 kitchen stools, Keurig Duo coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, crockpot, and knife block. The wet bar is nicely stocked with stemware & cocktail glasses, shakers, beverage refrigerator. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Side-by-side dining areas. The first one is a large table that seats 8 and the 2nd dining room has a bartop table with 6 chairs. Ping pong table, pass through kitchen window & ledge with 2 stools, ceiling fan, door to screened-in yard (birdcage) with pool.

Living Room: Large sectional, chair and ottoman, 2 end tables, bench, TV, and ceiling fan

Second Living Room: Sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, ceiling fan, and TV.

Bathroom #1: Double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity and walk-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a desk w/chair, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #2: King-size bed, 2 nightstands, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3: King-size bed, night table, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #4: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, nightstands, bookshelf, TV, and a ceiling fan.

Laundry Room: Washer & dryer, wash sink, ironing board, and an extra refrigerator.

Outdoor Pool Area: Heated pool (Heating Fee: $50/day), hot tub, drying rack, gas grill, resort-style seating, gas fire pit. The pool area is enclosed with a screened-in birdcage. The shed in the yard has 6 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach towels.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 3-4 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles. Street and grass parking is not permitted.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
