We are going on 5 years of owning this property and take every opportunity we have to come stay here. The moment we stepped through the door we fell in love with it and know you will too.
We absolutely love all the mountains of western North Carolina have to offer and realize it doesnât get much better than this!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This property offers you a real opportunity to put down the technology and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Given if you do want to work while here there is very fast and reliable internet. ;-)
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Due to the 4,300â elevation there is always a great breeze and very cool air even in the heat of the summer. While we are here we never close the windows and donât find a need for the air conditioning. For example; the average temperature in July is 72° with relatively low humidity. The property is nearly at the top of the mountain so the views are some of the best for all of Mountain Air!
Mountain Air, if you arenât familiar, is a private gated community amongst the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is just above the quaint mountain town of Burnsville.
