September 2, 2025 – November 3, 2025: Scaffolding will be installed on both sides of Building 2.
Crane Access for Building 2
On or around September 15, 2025 – The Advocet parking lot and Pool Bar Jim’s parking area will be closed for a couple of days to allow crane access for lifting materials to the roof. This unit is being offered at a significant discount in September and November due to ongoing roof construction. During this time, balcony access will be restricted, and scaffolding with a protective tarp will temporarily block the window view. Aside from this, your stay will remain unaffected.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
